### Spacious 1 bedroom apartment in Chelsea

Amazing empire state views apartment located in the heart of Chelsea. It is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with a large couch, queen sized bed, central temperature A/C, open kitchen and great natural light all day.  
  
It is a 5 minute walk to the highline, 5 minute walk to ACE subway lines and nearby plenty of restaurants with outdoor seating.  
  
There is even a rooftop in the building with views of the entire city. It's a must see.  
  
Washer Dryer is in the basement of the building
