I had a terrible stay there! I strongly ask for a refund! ---Problems:--- Basement assigned: $2xx for a basement room, really not worth the price! hotel front desk just refused to change room. Dirty Room: smelled when entered, front desk just gave an air fresher Loud Neighbor: next to busy railway, too loud to go to sleep Defective bath fan: too humid when showering Poor Guest Experience: told front desk that bath fan not working. they promised to fix but nobody showed up at all Room too hot: front desk sent personnel to fix AC but his instructions didn't help Poor bedding: broken/slanted mattress made me sliding to ground several times Noisy hotel hallway: some people spoke/argued there very loudly all night.

I booked this property for an overnight stay . When we arrived the place smelled moldy and like mildew . When i reached my room i discovered bed bugs crawling on pillows as well as bed . I immediately gathered my things and went to front desk where i was told i could be giving another room but not a refund . Asked to speak to higher ups and the lady posing as the manger claims no one is over her for ke to speak with . This was so exhausting from driving 3 hours then dealing with this then having to find other accommodations for the night . This place is disgusting and the health department will be hearing from me .

A thorough inspection according to policy and protocol has been completed in the room as this is definately not a normal or common occurance here. I did issue a refund to the prepaid reservation account on December 13, 2022 and a refund should be reflected in your account when the 3rd party completes their processing. Parking problematic !!!!!!!
Hotel is Ok. But they promised “free” parking but there were no available spaces when I checked in at 11:30 pm. I parked my (rental) car legally on a nearby side street. Improper advertising !

Good evening Mr. Bernard,We're sorry that we fell short of your expectations. We do have "free" parking as advertised (as I see no charges on your account that we charged you for parking). However, since we do not charge for parking or have valet services so we cannot promise each guest of a 66 room hotel a guaranteed parking spot. We do our best to make sure guests are able to possibly double park or contact guests when spots open up from another guest leaving. We do our best especially due to the fact the NYC is such an attraction for residents and travelers parking does become limited almost everywhere. We hope that you change your mind about us and give us another chance to be your go-to hotel when visiting Queens...just like so many of our loyal guests do. We truly try our best to be the diamond in the rough. Thanks again!

Will never go to this property again ,area and inside the hotel is very loud all day and night .Music was being blasted all night and led me to not getting any rest and due to a strong weed smell in the hall.Totally ridiculous and i want a refund i had to leave at 4 in the morning due to music being blasted didn’t sleep all night !!

Scam! Wi-Fi did not work at all. Connection failed / unable get IP for all days we stayed in this motel. Tried to connect on different devices - nothing. The first lady in office said like they have a problem with provider. So ok, things happens. We believed to her. However, when we asked again after several hours, so different lady said like they never had any issue lol. When we asked again the next day (from lady number 3) she said only "I don't know" without even a short look at us and continued to read something into her cell. So we stayed without internet! The roaming from our country is too expensive.  The last day we made a checkout as regular in 11 AM and then what?! NO LUGGAGE ROOM!! The main reason why we booked this scam place was a luggage room in their description. It was very important because our plane was very late in 22.00 evening. So we stayed with two kids and 4 huge bags in the street! Needed to order Uber asap and use very expensive luggage storage in airport. Reported to expedia. As soon we come back to our country, the full claim will be filled in our credit card. We travel a lot, and we know - things happens. But never stacked with such of pure and cynic scam. We give zero tolerance in this case and will spend weeks and months to discuss with our credit card if it would be required. Zero tolerance! The hood is not safe as well, just for you to know. Beware of this area (Jamaica street is very close). Some steet guys always walked around builing.

Dear Svetlana,We are extremely sorry that your visit fell short of amazing expectations. I addressed the staff who miscommunicated information in regards to the WiFi issue. This issue (due to outage with local contracted electrical work in the area) unfortunately was corrected early morning. Due to limited space to accomodate dozens of requests to store luggage, we are unable to do this. It does however prevent any luggage and personal items being mishandled or lost due to the inadequate space. We like guests to feel safe yet accomodated without the stress of an unsecured luggage space. We take pride in being friendly and helpful...as well as provide a safe environment and clean guest rooms. Because we give 110% to all of our guests, would never compromise our integrity by providing any sort of scam-like behavior or services.We hope that you give us another chance at showing you our A service during your next visit to Queens, NY.Have an amazing evening!
