At 35 per night plus tax, you receive a daily 35 food and beverage credit, daily Central Park Bike Ride for up to 2 guests, daily Statue of Liberty Cruise for up to 2 guests, and daily Guggenheim Museum Tour for up to 2 guests.Daily Enhanced Hi-Speed Internet Access.

The area is great. Everything is walkable. Amazing restaurants are located nearby. However, my room wasn’t very clean. The hotel restaurant did not have a lot of options. There is no room service.

Great hotel! The location is fantastic. You’re in the heart of time square and fantastic Broadway shows are all around. You can easily walk to many landmarks like Rockefeller and Central Park. The rooms are very comfortable and I appreciated having Aveda products in the bathroom. I would stay here again!

Best Location for Time Square! Very Convenient to most tourist sites and Broadway Theaters. One of the Concierge's (Omar) was extremely helpful and kind. After speaking with him for helpful City advise, you felt like you had just made a new Best Friend (Great Guy)! I would definitely stay at the Renaissance New York Times Square again!!!

The hotel is nice and clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent location. The restaurant and dinning options though is TERRIBLE. No room service, by the 4th day of our stay the restaurant options were chips with guacamole for $30.

This is by far the most convenient place to stay in NYC, Being in this hotel gives you easy access to everything to see. The hotel was great! Clean, comfortable, large rooms, large bathrooms, and despite being in times square it was incredibly quiet inside my room at night and day! Wonderful place to stay, will book again.

Hotel is located in Times Square just next to Olive Garden and to the Metro Station which is very convenient. Eventhough it was in that location, rooms were nice and quiet. Staff was friendly and rooms were cleaned everyday. They charge you a resort fee daily from which you receive a few “complimentary” options: free bike rentals at Central Park, $30 per day for food/beverages and tickets for Liberty Cruises (the one that only pass by Statue of Liberty). Anyhow…the downside of that is that the hotel, does not have a Market or place to use that credti on small stuff (juices, snacks) and breakfast buffet is too expensive ($40 per person)…so it was difficult to use. I had to force myself to buy beverages (soda/wine) at the bar to be able to use the credit, which is not convenient. They said they have plans to open the market..I hope they do…as other hotels in the area, offfer that option.

I liked the size of the property. It is a smaller hotel and never seemed crowded. The RLounge is awesome. You can have drinks and appetizers and watch the happenings on Times Square.

We were traveling as a multigenerational family with one person having slight mobility issues. This location was absolutely perfect for our family. We were seeing shows and going to the Museum of Broadway and it was nice to be able to return to the hotel so easily. Rooms were actually very spacious for NYC. I wish they had queen beds as there is room for them and it would’ve made it more comfortable. The tub is big and deep if you need a bath after walking around. The shower was always warm and had great pressure. The restaurant was nice and you get the. $30 resort fee as a credit. So we got some apps and drinks overlooking Times Square. They have Aveda gel, lotion, shampoo and conditioner but in communal bottles. It is hard to get a cab in the area and that was the only location complaint. It is also very close to the subway. Avoid the hop and and off bus at all costs! It took two hours to get to China town and 15 minutes by subway to get back. We would stay here again.

Great location in the heart of it all. Walked to Wicked and John’s Pizza. Energy around the hotel is vibrant. Decoration of hotel is cool. Room was clean and room was cleaned with fresh towels and bed made every day. Only one restaurant onsite but the dining options around abound and are all within walking distance. Easy to grab an Uber to the Met, Chinatown, Central Park, etc. Definitely a great place to stay. Room was small BUT…most rooms are in NYC…

It's in the middle of Times Square. If that's what you want, this is the place. Rooms in NYC are always small. This place is slightly larger than average. The hotel restaurant has an excellent view. The value was good for NYC. The fixtures in the room need to be updated.

The bathroom and room were not properly cleaned, and we have asked 3 times to have our body soap refilled and nobody cared about it. The check in process was also terrible, we tried earlier check in and it was not approved - but promised to be sent a text msg whenever room was available - and it never happened!

Overall- nice place. I would stay again. Great location. There was a piece of candy from previous guests that was on the floor the entire time and not swept up. I asked for connecting rooms and was pleasantly surprised that we got them. They told me it was unlikely they would have any. It made our stay very nice.

We chose this hotel for the location because we wanted to see shows on Broadway and walk everywhere. It was perfect - we were a 4 minute walk from every theatre we went to and we also walked to Central Park, Rockefeller Center and many restaurants. It made everything so convenient and enjoyable. It was also clean and very nice.

It's at Times Square! The diningroom's view of the square was unparalleled. The room was small and dingy. The bathroom had a motion sensor light that would blast a million watts at your eyes in the middle of the night! The dining room had the best location on the square. Its meals were fine. The lounge area was attractive and comfortable. The drinks had NYC prices, but their Manhattan was amazing!
