Modern full washer and dryer. Bodega with fresh fruit veg., groc etc 1/2 block away. Wine/liquor 1/2 block. Great place to gather and rejuvenate and fix meals. Open living area huge by NYC standards. Host available quickly when needed. Helped me when my flight was cancelled. Heat modern radiator so not dry heat. Weather in teens for us but warm and comfy inside including new wood flooring. The washer and dryer were new and very clean, and were a godsend for us. The neighborhood was great. Everything we needed was within walking distance. There were multiple entrances to the subway not far from the rental that allowed us to explore from Coney Island to Central Park in manhattan. We would highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a place to stay in Brooklyn. You won’t be disappointed. ##### Christine O. It’s just a couple blocks from the train, around the corner from a great women-owned bakery & cafe, & about a 15 min walk to Prospect Park (the Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings is a good one!) Park Slope itself has plenty of small shops, restaurants, etc. to explore and you’re about a 25 min walk to Fort Greene, which has its own plethora of storefronts & coffee shops.The home itself was exceptionally clean & well-stocked, and the bowl of snacks to welcome us upon arrival was a nice touch (esp when traveling w/ 2 teenage boys.) Comfy beds, plenty of towels & toiletries, & a washer/dryer in unit made it an easy stay.Communication was friendly & prompt - hosts were kindly flexible w/our check-out time.
