Room was beat up badly. One of the beds springs were so bad, every move was really loud. The vent above the bed hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Front Desk staff efficient at task but not warm at all. I called to sée if they had a charger to borrow and was told no..only my one personal charger and I don't want to give you that. Then I found there is a charging station behind the biggest phone ever ...phone takes up whole nightstand lol. On check in I was told we were upgraded to a double bedded room...which is what I booked. Don't know what this could have been upgraded from. Tiny (which i expected from booking) best up. And scaffolding covering windows due to construction. Walls are beat up and tired.

Overall clean and would stay again: bathroom could use some maintenance on the grout. Window sill in room and bathroom were nice and deep - able to use the one in the room as a luggage rack and the one in the bathroom was great for holding toiletries/toiletry bag. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great price, great size rooms for NYC and pretty quiet considering where u are. Complimentary earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Stay here, especially if its your first time im time square.

The hotel has their own taxi transportation and the lady was very rude she was talking with someone on the phone with us in the car and start speaking in Spanish thinking that we didn’t know or speak in Spanish and we understand everything because that’s our native language.

Very clean, helpful and friendly staff. Very convenient location, close to train stations, walking distance to Times Square, Broadway, good restaurants and attractions nearby. Room was small but adequate for good sleep and shower. We were out most of the time, so it was just what we needed.

A great place for a first time visit to New York. While the rooms are basic and quite small, you spend such little time at your hotel it has very little impact. Great nights sleep each night and the staff were very friendly, including storing our luggage and offering providing us a car service to JFK airport heading home. The deposit required was $100 a night which while it is annoying it seems to be common in NYC and so it didn’t overly bother me. Debit cards take longer to be refunded and I hope to receive my deposit back shortly. If you like luxury and comfort this place would not be for you but if all you want is a base in the perfect location then it’s great. Thanks for a great stay during our 5 nights trip.

Very noisy location… too close to crowds of people. Also hotel was under renovation and front obscured by scaffolding. At checking in … additional daily service fees added to cost ( after already paying for the room for the week) and charged to my credit card. This service fee was not disclosed at time I made the reservation. Also a $500 dollar hold on credit card in case someone in the room smoked- I had 3 children in my party and did not budget on having a $500 holed applied to my card. Beds were terrible and cheap metal framed -they creaked when someone moved and were very unstable. I kept feeling a leg would break off. Mattresses were thin and lumpy. Electric outlets mostly did not work and phone chargers fell out or disconnected when not held in by hand. Elevators were very small and extremely slow - one near lobby … the other unmarked and hidden around a corner where renovations were happening.

This hotel was so close to all of our Broadway shows and a couple subway stops. Very convenient! The hotel itself was fairly bare bones, but we didn't mind that for the price and the location. We could have used hotter water in the showers, though!

Needs a facelift. Amenities are lacking- no ice machine, no mini fridge and couldn’t set room temp independently. It was too hot! Rooms are tiny, which was fine as we weren’t in them long but the pictures are deceiving for sure. No view. Our window looked right into another room’s window. Elevator was very slow and tiny - 3 people max. Staff was friendly though and they do store luggage on day of arrival and departure. Could walk to virtually all the major theatres. Half a block from Times Square which was convenient.

I booked the deluxe king suite and it was extremely small!! The bed was very flimsy and the room stink!! I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

The shower did not drain and I was standing in 16inches of water in the shower. There was mold in our carpet. The room was NOTHING like the photos online and the manager admitted that was a problem and corporate is aware. Only 5 channels on the tv and no high speed wifi. We checked out the very next day. Horrible hotel and how dare they charge these prices in time square. I will NEVER come back.

The convenience of being in the middle of Times Square is great however it comes with the expense of being in an extremely noisy atmosphere 24/7. The property itself is a bit run down and lack of elevators is a problem much of the time. Would not stay here again.

Location was great, pricing was on par with other locals. Bed frame was extremely noisy, TV wouldn't stay on and wouldn't play any sound. Elevators were extremely small and very slow moving. All in all wasn't horrible.

The room was too small the bathroom was to small the bed was small me and my husband was very uncomfortable went to the manager and they did nothing
