Hôtel top bien situé.
Hôtel top. Personnel accueillant. Séjour en famille avec 2 enfants. Chambre compacte mais pratique. 2 grands lits confortables. Les grosses valises devront rester le long d'un lit mais cela laisse de la place pour passer. Bien insonorisées et climatisation générale donc assez silencieuse. 30$ de destination fee par jour débités mais utilisable pour consommation petit déjeuner,bar, restaurant...donc pratique car pas débité pour rien comme dans beaucoup d'hôtel. Bien situé dans Manhattan avec station métro de Union Square à proximité. Salle de spectacle en face mais ouvert 1 seul soir par semaine apparemment et nous denions juste en ne face et pas gêné par le bruit. Un peu plus de passage dans la rue. Je recommande.

Points négatifs : Chambre plutôt petite pour 4. Propreté moyenne dans notre chambre. Nous étions côté rue et très bruyant certains soirs car 1 salle de spectacle, une boîte de nuit, et un roof top à proximité donc il faut se préparer à passer des nuits chaotiques. Points positifs: Accueil à la réception très gentil et à l’écoute. Design moderne de l’hôtel. Hôtel bien situé à proximité de 2 station de métro, commerces, restaurant… Ambiance avec dj certains soirs. Hôtel qui bouge bien.

J'ai payé, sans être prévenu, la taxe "Destination fee" : 30 $/jour. Aucune information sur cette taxe, ni le site Hotels.com, ni l'hôtel (pas à l'arrivée, et pas même au départ lors du check-out. Ce montant a été retiré de mon compte bancaire, et j'ai reçu une facture quelques jours plus tard. Je trouve cela inadmissible, et cela augmente le prix de 12% !!! J'ai demandé une remboursement de ces "Destination fee", mais j'ai peu d'espoir... Attention lors de vos réservations dans cet hôtel +++

Nous avons trouvé la politique de frais de destination facturés d'office tout à fait déloyale. En effet, celle-ci n'était pas mentionnée au moment de la réservation en ligne. L'éco-responsabilité n'est qu'une hypocrisie, sachant que les corbeilles triées de notre chambre sont versées dans un même conteneur. Le personnel est serviable et compréhensif, et nous sommes contents de notre séjour.

Très bien situé. Les chambres, bien que petites, sont bien organisées et comptent de multiples rangements. L'endroit est calme et bien isolé du bruit de la rue. J'ai regretté l'absence de véritable option de petit déjeuner à l'hôtel (uniquement un choix de boissons et de viennoiseries), et la lumière des toilettes qui illumine toute la chambre lorsqu'on s'y rend la nuit.

We like the location for proximity to Cooper Union and NYU East Village residences. We also found it quiet and safe and enjoyed receiving $30/d in credit the bar and coffee shop back from the "resort fee" that was part of our package. The fitness room was clean and serviceable. The room was very very small but adequate for two people. The bed was comfortable and everything in the room worked. Check in and check out were easy. Took off two points because of the very small room size and the two inch deep sink. Need at least five inches!

Dinner at the hotel was overpriced. I ordered the lamb and they overcooked it. I sent it back and they sent a new plate but didn’t comp for their mistake. By the time I got the new plate my wife had finished her meal. Obviously not the best experience when you are trying to have a romantic dinner. The blinds in our room broke and while they sent a person to fix quickly, he had to climb over our bed with his socks. Left a lot of dust on our bed from working to fix the blinds. Disappointed that with all the mishaps they didn’t go above and beyond to make things right.

Moxy NYC East Village was simply fantastic - a supreme oasis in the concrete jungle! We loved our room. The beds were so comfortable and our view of 11th Street from our gigantic windows was perfect! Awesome location, dining options, and great vibe in decor. The small room footprint actually works well for its size. The rooftop bar is the perfect place for some drinks and appetizers!

We loved the look/decor of the hotel and it was very clean. The room was tiny despite being upgraded to a larger room. There were 3 of us, but there wasn't enough space for us to get ready for dinner all at once. We kept bumping into each other and the furniture. We made it work for the 2 nights we were there, but we won't stay there again.
