This apartment is professionally managed by Furnished Quarters, the largest independently owned and operated supplier of short-term furnished housing with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Amenities in the pet-friendly apartment building include a 24-hour doorman and concierge, fitness center and on-site laundry on every floor. You'll be conveniently located in Midtown West, near Central Park and many entertainment venues.  
 Get the full New York City experience living in this one-bedroom apartment right in the Theatre District, featuring high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone countertops, hardwood flooring, and ample closet space. All beds provided are fitted with plush linen sheets and pillows. All Furnished Quarters apartments include 24/7 guest service.   
  
 Pets are allowed in select apartments and are subject to a $500 non-refundable pet sanitation fee for one pet, $750 for two pets. Additional charges and size/breed restrictions may apply and vary by building. All pets must be approved by Furnished Quarters. Please let us know ahead of booking if you plan on traveling with a pet.
