This property was excellent for what we were looking for. I was concerned about the distance but the owner assured me it was not a big deal and they were correct. The neighborhood was safe and beautifully decorated for Halloween The instructions for using heat/air and tvs could be better but we were fine. In all this property was everything we asked for in location and size without being in the middle of Times Square. ##### Jill P. We stayed here during the NYC marathon and had a great experience. We were able to walk right down the street to cheer on our daughter and all of the runners. The neighborhood was full of great restaurants and coffee shops. Easy walk to Central Park and shopping areas. The condo was quiet, conveniently located on the first floor, very comfortable and met all of our needs. Communication was excellent- when we couldn’t figure out the air conditioning, maintenance was there within 5 minutes to fix it. Overall a great experience. ##### Erin M.
