Nice Hotel

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay with her friends. Everyone was very pleasant and the food was great at the restaurant. My only complaint was the tub stopper was broken & the faucet in the shower was still leaking while the shower was on causing the tub to stop up while we were taking showers. Other than that, its a beautiful hotel and was great stay!

This hotel is very close to LaGuardia airport.

Clean facility however abysmal staff and poor discourteous employees. Did spend in Ormus amounts of money to maintain a pleasant the sod but clearly they have not train their staff. Hotel Excellent / Admin Staff Not So....

Cons: Night Shift treated me badly upon checkout.

Night hotel staff treated me horribly upon checkout. They lied to me about my bill. after I confronted them about it they did not even let me speak....very bad...bad...bad

Great hotel with luxury, needs updating

The bathrooms are a bit outdated and the tub and fixtures in need of improvement. The tub faucet in my room was defective and it didn't work properly. Besides the small issue with the tub fixture, the room was very clean, comfortable and nic. The hotel staff were very nice and professional

Erick at the front desk is awesome!

Old hotel needs a Reno

We booked a king room and got 2 double beds. We asked for a king bed and were apologetically moved to a room with a double or not quite queen size Murphy bed. It was not much more than a pull out bed that came out of the wall unit. So no side tables. Just an uncomfortable mattress on metal legs. By then it was 1am and we were just too tired to ask to move again. The bathroom was old and falling apart. The drain plug was pulled halfway out and lying on the tub. Lots of water damage. I noticed a few rooms people had stuffed a towel under the door to either block noise or light because there was so much space. A very busy hotel with flight crew due to location very close to airport and they do have a free shuttle every 20 minutes.

Very comfortable beds, discuss room with double beds. We slept well! Staff was very pleasant and efficient.

Pros: Clean, newly renovated and updated
Cons: Service at the restaurant was slow and the food was average
Location: Location to the airport is ideal and free shuttle service is convenient
