I did not like anything about this property. Where do I begin? To start I was ignored upon arrival. The staff was extremely rude. I was placed in a room for disabled individuals (did not ask for it); I was given a hard time when I asked to be relocated to another room. The next room that I was given was not only dirty, and smelly (smoke) but there was no smoke detector in the room. The mirror in the bathroom was visibly cracked with very sharp edges. The toiled did not flush properly. The bathroom door did not lock. The furniture was super dirty and torn. The bed sheets smelled like body odor. There was a huge cobweb on one corner of the room (can't miss during proper housekeeping). The dresser was missing the handle. The coffee machine was missing the coffee pot, cups and coffee. This property gives the Wyndham chain a poor name. Very disappointed.

Nightmare Hotel
By far the worst hotel i have booked. No attention to H&S of guests, no attempt to address Covid 19 cleanliness and a nightmare from start to finish. Had to go shopping for cleaning items in an attempt to free in some way we could use the room. couldn't shower as controls were missing. mould in cubicle and tray hanging of the wall. Same as wash hand basin not attached to wall. Power sockets hanging off walls so didn't even try to use in case i got electrocuted. Carpets and curtains well past sell by date. Door handles loose and hanging off. Evacuation diagram torn so no route shown. I could go on even more but brings back terrible memories of a holiday my partner should have enjoyed as it was his 40th birthday treat. Anyone thinking of booking there should look at sleeping rough as it would be cleaner and safer..
