This property was perfect! From the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel compared to other hotels in NYC. The staff were very welcoming and always had great attitudes, especially Nikita from the front desk! She was awesome to work with and quick. The second floor bar was very convenient if you’d like to eat or get a quick drink before heading out ( Reimy is a wonderful bartender).For the women who are solo travelers, I stayed here for my 31st birthday and they made me feel special. I had a wonderful stay and will recommend to friends !! Thank you guys !

Hotel seemed to be fairly new and modern. Ideally placed for Battery Park and Subway stations within easy walking distance. Buffet breakfast wasn't included in the price and is a little expensive for what you get but that wasn't a deal breaker for me. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The staff was for the most part fantastic.The man in charge of the lobby coffee was not particularly pleasant, but the rest were very good. The front desk staff when we arrived were the best ever. We arrived about 3 hours before check in to drop off our bags. Instead the man in charge looked for two rooms near each other that were ready for occupation. He found them and we got in early. All the front desk staff proved to be extremely helpful.

Good location. Quick walk to the ferries, subway and Wall Street. Friendly staff allowed us early check in. Water took a while to heat up but room was fairly clean. Good place to stay if planning to do some things around the financial district.

We enjoyed our stay at his hotel. The only caveat is that it does not have on-site parking. As well, the rooms are not as clean as they should be. However, we had no major concerns about our stay at this hotel.

Comfortable room with excellent housekeeping service— fresh towels daily, etc. One advantage to this Battery Park location— it’s the first and last stop for several train lines so it’s easy to get a seat and the trains are often recently cleaned. 787 Coffee is around the block from the hotel has great coffee, some food options (I didn’t try anything) and lots of seating.

Overall great stay. Was able to check in early. The hotel was clean and close to the subway. Free coffee and tea available in the lobby on the morning. We had some issues with the water temperature of the shower and the shower door was loose and needed a repair. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay again

Sleeping in the bed was itchy and then awoke to small blood marks under my back which is an indication of bed bugs. Yikes!!! Overall, not a clean hotel.

The room and view was amazing, love the drain in the bathroom. My only complaint is the heating, whenever it reach the desire temperature the unit would start blowing cold air which would get a little uncomfortable.

We had a very nice stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Finacial Districk. Martin greeted us when we arrived and gave us all the information we needed. He was also there when we left and he made sure we knew which directions we were taking. We will be back without a doubt!

Lovely, good value hotel, in an ideal spot for exploring lower Manhattan, Dumbo, Brooklyn etc. Also good subway and ferry links to the rest of Manhattan. Would highly recommend.

Easy access to subways, statue of liberty, 9/11 memorial. Pearl Street dinner is really good. Only downside was the waitress on the 2nd floor was alone and couldn't keep up with all the tables so the dining room was messy. Go to pearl Street dinner. You won't be disappointed. Its a easy walk from the hotel. Pay attention if you are going up town or down town.
