The check-in took long simply because the person at the front desk was busy on his phone. It takes 2 time to navigate me to the correct room because the room assignment was wrong.

I liked the easy access to the bus stop. However, the lobby was very noisy at night. Definitely try to stay on the upper floors away from the lobby.

I requested a non-smoking room and yet the room smelled horribly. They spray the room but it did not help. There is no tissue, no cup, and no complimentary bottled water in the room. You may use your hand to get water from the faucet to drink. The only saving grace is availability of parking spot.
