Great location!

Posted 1-Dec-2016
Pros: Location, comfort and view.
This was a great location and easily accessible to nearby attractions and easy to get on the subway for attractions farther away. We walked to many nearby attractions. The room was very nice and the view from the 31st floor was amazing! We will definitely return on our next trip.

Ummmm Expedia needs to get their stuff together.

Posted 28-Nov-2016
Pros: IT was clean
Cons: Expedia can improve by double checking with the hotels to make sure the reservation is valid
Location: cool stufff
I booked my hotel room November 10th 2016 my reservation was to check in on the 23rd of November. According to the email I got from expedia it said there is no need to call the hotel to confirm.......Well I arrived THERE WAS NO RESERVATION FOR ME the hotel staff thought I was crazy when I told them I had a reservation. They made me feel extremely bad honestly it felt more like they wanted to kick me out because they could not find my reservation. I showed them my expedia confirmation number and the guy at the front desk called ME A LIAR he said it was not possible for me to have a reservation without him knowing about it. After he rudely called me a liar and asked me to step to the side to assist someone else I called expedia to find out whats going on with my reservation it turns out they never received my reservation. So I was publicly shamed and called a liar infront of a lot of people and all expedia could tell me is ops we forgot to send the email???? Really? I mean really??? I got my room and everything no issues i liked it but the experience I had to get my room was terrible. So thank you expedia for my terrible experience upon check in ......

Great hotel, excellent location and staff

Posted 9-Nov-2016
Pros: Customer service was very surprising. Everybody I met had a very positive and welcoming attitude. Clearly the culture of customer service is very strong here.
Cons: I didn't have any issues here. It was my first time staying here and I would certainly come back here again.
Location: Great food and shopping nearby

Cons: 朝食がついていないこと。
Location: 移動するには抜群のロケーション
JFKからのバスが着くPort Athrity から至近距離にあり、またPenn Station までも歩けるので、移動にとても便利なロケーションであった。

Great location... But that's all

Posted 27-Sep-2016
Overall bad experience. Staff was typically abrasive and acted as if they had better things to do than show up for work, they also blatantly lie about things. One of my biggest frustrations was the valet service, I checked in on a Sunday afternoon and out on Monday. We weren't leaving until after our 24 hour time for the valet so I understood full and well I would be charged a full two days. My issue is I wanted to wait to valet the car around 10pm (the time we were leaving on Monday, making it 24 hours on the dot so I'd only be charged one day) so I asked the front desk if I could street park on Sundays. They told me if I parked my car without valet my car would 100% be towed or booted. Come to find out parking is FREE on the street on Sundays, meaning they lied their way into an extra night fee. The room was below average, outdated in many regards and lacking some basic amenities (hair dryer, fully functional TV, etc.). With there only being one ice machine for the entire building (which if you're looking for its at the end of a maze in the basement past a bunch of the staff rooms that are wide open and gross for customers to walk past) it would be nice for mini fridges, but I understand that omission more than others. Location was AMAZING! Just a few blocks from the majority of the typical Times Square activities as well as a couple blocks from the Port Authority and the Lincoln Tunnel. If anything look at the sister property next door.

Nice hotel, although small tight rooms

Very practical rooms, what is needed for a New York short stay. I recommend it for one night

Great position and value for money

Posted 11-Sep-2016
Pros: Location - could not have been better from that point of view and great value for money
Cons: Better service and variety of food
Location: Close to the central bus station and subway, Time Square, Broadway, walking distance to Rockerfeller centre, Central Station, and Empire State
This hotel is in the best position - close to public transport and key central areas such as Time Square and Broadway you cannot fault the position - it is in walking distance to many great sight seeing spots and daily we commented on what a great spot we were in. This is not an outstanding hotel but it was great value for money and we had a very pleasant stay. There were no great issues with anything, it was clean and pleasant and we got what we paid for. Highly recommend it for people looking for something decent that is centrally located but won't cost an arm and a leg.
