Cons: 朝食がついていないこと。
Location: 移動するには抜群のロケーション
JFKからのバスが着くPort Athrity から至近距離にあり、またPenn Station までも歩けるので、移動にとても便利なロケーションであった。

Great location... But that's all

Posted 27-Sep-2016
Overall bad experience. Staff was typically abrasive and acted as if they had better things to do than show up for work, they also blatantly lie about things. One of my biggest frustrations was the valet service, I checked in on a Sunday afternoon and out on Monday. We weren't leaving until after our 24 hour time for the valet so I understood full and well I would be charged a full two days. My issue is I wanted to wait to valet the car around 10pm (the time we were leaving on Monday, making it 24 hours on the dot so I'd only be charged one day) so I asked the front desk if I could street park on Sundays. They told me if I parked my car without valet my car would 100% be towed or booted. Come to find out parking is FREE on the street on Sundays, meaning they lied their way into an extra night fee. The room was below average, outdated in many regards and lacking some basic amenities (hair dryer, fully functional TV, etc.). With there only being one ice machine for the entire building (which if you're looking for its at the end of a maze in the basement past a bunch of the staff rooms that are wide open and gross for customers to walk past) it would be nice for mini fridges, but I understand that omission more than others. Location was AMAZING! Just a few blocks from the majority of the typical Times Square activities as well as a couple blocks from the Port Authority and the Lincoln Tunnel. If anything look at the sister property next door.

Nice hotel, although small tight rooms

Very practical rooms, what is needed for a New York short stay. I recommend it for one night

Great position and value for money

Posted 11-Sep-2016
Pros: Location - could not have been better from that point of view and great value for money
Cons: Better service and variety of food
Location: Close to the central bus station and subway, Time Square, Broadway, walking distance to Rockerfeller centre, Central Station, and Empire State
This hotel is in the best position - close to public transport and key central areas such as Time Square and Broadway you cannot fault the position - it is in walking distance to many great sight seeing spots and daily we commented on what a great spot we were in. This is not an outstanding hotel but it was great value for money and we had a very pleasant stay. There were no great issues with anything, it was clean and pleasant and we got what we paid for. Highly recommend it for people looking for something decent that is centrally located but won't cost an arm and a leg.

nice hotel near times square

Posted 2-Sep-2016
Pros: The room was very clean, cozy and quiet. Staff, Ashley very cute and helpful. Water, tea, and coffee provided in room free of charge.
Cons: Better buffet. There was no where to sit blow dryer when doing your hair. I had to lay it in sink. Yikes!
Location: Location just off center very busy Times Square. Go to 9 -10th streets to find good places to eat.
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ashley. She gave us a map and helped us with directions . The room was cozy and clean. Bed comfy. We were just off the busy part of Times Square, and across from Port Authority Subway. The buffet breakfast was not particularly good. The egg dishes were rubbery and dry. It was almost $50 for the two of us. Find something between 9th and 10th avenue, in Hells Kitchen. Don't eat in Times Square. Tourist trap. Bathroom very small so if you are like me and bring too many products, there is no place to put it all. I had a toiletry bag which could hang in bathroom. I would stay there again.

Half block from subway, easy walk to restaurants,Times Square, plays. View of Empire State bldg from room. 6 nite stay, perfect choice-(and I'm super picky) we'll return! Aya Japanese restaurant around corner very good and reasonable. 1 week subway pass $31, went everywhere(almost)! The High Line was surprise interesting location. Thanks Expedia for your guidance!
