Pros: close to times square
Cons: less furniture in the rooms, or smaller.

Great hotel

Posted 25-Jan-2016
My family stayed at this hotel during a blizzard. The staff was amazing! Employees were unable to get to work so the people working at the hotel were stuck working for multiple shifts. We went outside to play in the snow and the hotel made my children popcorn. Everyone was accommodating and so friendly!

Good value hotel close to Times Square.

Posted 21-Jan-2016
Pros: Good value and a great location for exploring the many attractions around Manhattan.
Location: Just around the corner from Times Square and next to metro station, which can be very useful for getting out and exploring other parts of Manhattan.
We stayed here over Christmas time and it was a great location for the trip. Handy for Times Square but this can feel "too touristy" at times with everyone trying to get you to spend your money with them, so it's nice to get out and explore the many other attractions. So many places around this area that you can walk to and also handy for Broadway. We went to Les Miserables on Boxing Day, which was fantastic. Metro system is close by and we used it to visit WTC as well as Stay Classy New York, a Will Ferrell themed bar in the Lower East Side. Central Park was a reasonable walk from here and we enjoyed a horse and carriage ride in the park on Christmas Day. Unfortunately, it was hottest Christmas ever in New York. Travelling from Australia we had hoped for a white Christmas, but it certainly didn't spoil our holiday. Certainly a really good choice as a hotel for a short visit to New York.

Great Staff, Good Prices, Perfect Location

Posted 15-Jan-2016
We went down with a group of 12 and the staff could not have been more accommodating. From the free breakfast buffet to complementary pastries at the desk it was a very nice stay. Make sure to take advantage of the Managers dinner on Wednesday nights. Unlimited free food, beer, and wine, can't find many hotels with that kind of deal.

Value for Money

Posted 13-Jan-2016
Pros: Nice friendly and helpful staff
Cons: No due to lack of space
Location: Hotel is within Time Square NY so lots of restaurants. Theatres visitor attractions and shopping
The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly we couldn't get into our room until 4.30pm we were given a free breakfast for the inconvenience. Due to the lack of space there isn't any comfortable seating. We spent all of our 5 days there sightseeing so it was only a base to sleep at - the beds were comfy and there was water and coffee/tea making facilities in room plus free ice. New York was an amazing place
