The staff was great and the rooms clean. However, there is almost nothing in this area aside from a gas station. Heard airplanes firing up regularly throughout the night. Hotel also DOES NOT offer free shuttle service to the Flushing Subway as advertised. Had to take the bus instead. Luckily, the bus stop was a short walk, but felt a little cheated since the free shuttle was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Anyhow, the staff made up for the areas shortcomings and we did feel safe, so that’s important too.

Booked this property thru Expedia, got to hotel Anna was told Expedia cancelled my reservation. That was not true, the hotel cancelled it. Absolutely terrible customer service. Thank God Expedia found us another hotel, more than 10 miles away. Don’t use this hotel.

Breakfast was good, employee running that was super nice and pleasant. Parking is horrible and extremely limited, not how it seems on the website. Only 18 parking spaces, the rest have to find parking on the street. Room was clean but very dull and basic, limited power outlets and usb charging area. Shower curtain was too short, floor got soaked and could cause someone to slip. Window curtains has what appeared to be mold in them from the air conditioner.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, and plenty of towels. The elevator was down in the morning and we had to use the stairs not good for my knees. The atm was down when my friend needed to use it.

It was close to the airport and tennis center where we had tickets for the Westminster Dog Show. We were disappointed that it was not included in the shuttle to and from the venue. Breakfast was tasteless but provided calories for the morning and there were plenty of condiments to add to make it palpable. Not a big deal, though! The only restaurant you could walk to was a deli in an industrial building. An Uber was available in minutes. We loved the huge TV in our room. There was an airport shuttle available.
