The staff was very nice and accommodating, even letting us check in early so we didn’t have to carry our luggage around all day. Breakfast was good too. The room was ok but the worse part was the bed, like sleeping on a spring rock.

This isn't a hotel
I arrived at this hotel at 7 p.m. after a long day of travel and booking this hotel on Hotels.com. When I got there, a woman was sitting behind a folding table in the entrance. I asked her about my reservation and she looked at me like I had two heads. This wasn't a hotel at all - it's a homeless shelter! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!

Worst hotel ever.
The city took care of the hotel, and they EVICTED us in the middle of the stay. However I have to recognize they relocated us. They charged twice the stay to my bank, and in this moment, they haven't returned my money yet.

The property is clean and staff have been friendly and accommodating. The parking gets full fast, but there is a decent amount of parking available.

Get what you pay for
We were lucky to get one of the few on site parking spots that they offer. Hotel needs a remodel. Front desk staff friendly. Basic hotel for a night or two but was inexpensive so get what you pay for compared to the more expensive hotels. If you want luxury and comfort go somewhere else. Lots of activity in the hallways and place smelled bad of marijuana throughout the hallway were we stayed.

Dirty Days Inn!!
I personally don't recommend that Hotel. Hotel extremely Dirty, Rooms Extremely Dirty. Furniture extremely Dirty. They mention COVID-19 but there rooms and facility is extremely Dirty!! Room i was booked in with my family was very dirty. Bathroom sink not sanitized nor was anything else in the bathroom nor in the rooms. Found Hair in the shower and pubic Hair in the toilet. Don't bring your family to that hotel since it's not sanitized. The breakfast is okay. The price to the hotel isn't worth it. I personally Don't recommend that Hotel if you are bringing your family.

Small and quaint but good location
This day was fine the room was just big enough to do her thing the refrigerator worked really good the AC worked really good the phone to call downstairs didn't work the internet didn't like to do anything but check email and the window for outside was not anything close to soundproof but the hotel did the job as far as staying there it's in a good location as far as catching the subway goes

Relative to other hotels in the area, this facility was more affordable then many. The staff was courteous and friendly, and we didn't find the train running by the hotel to be a noise problem. It was nice to have a hot/cold breakfast included after two years of pandemic causing hotel breakfasts to be limited or non-existent. What we did not find favorable was our first room, which was on the first floor. The first floor breakfast room and the adjacent lobby area made our room right across the hall and next to the elevator very noisy. It was also somewhat unclean. We judged late that someone may have forgotten to clean our room, as we switched rooms to a fourth floor room and found it very clean, much quieter and more restful. This mix is why we gave it an Ok rating. Just don't take a room on the first floor.

Disgusting, never again.
This place is disgusting. Filthy and and poor repair. The carpeting in my room at cigarette burns on it. The door to the room could not be deadbolted or chained. When I complained I got a lame answer from the guy at the front desk. The lobby was filthy, the elevator was out of order so we had to use the dirty stairwell which was disgusting. Every floor I saw had the hallway obstructed by housekeeping carts, apparently nowhere else to put them but it was a clear fire safety violation. The guy at the front desk was very bad at communication and the check-in experience was poor (prophetic of everything else). I want my money back. LikeI said, this plave was totally disgusting.

The hotel smelled terrible, it was dirty when we received the room. The toilet and the towels were nasty. we couldn't stay more than one night. Please don't stay there, especially if you have a family. The staff was friendly.

The rooms are very small. No parking and the hotel had a bunch of things broke. It said breakfast but there was none. No ice machine and the vending machines was broken

Our room had a broken door and the elevator is so slow. I had to use the stairs with a stroller because it was so hot in the halls and was waiting for the elevator for over ten minutes. They have a grab and go breakfast but for the rate we paid, the Hotel should be a lot nicer and more accomadating.
