Stayed here because of an early flight out of JFK. The room was basic, but had everything needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable. It was disappointing that the desk-top plugs were not able to handle the larger smart device plugs. With three of us staying in that room, we had to find free wall plugs and prioritize the devices. Frustrating for what we were paying.
The breakfast was simple but filling and the coffee was very good. The breakfast room itself is small, so would have been cramped if full. Luckily, my son and I went when it was almost empty. There is a charge for parking, but worth it to have an off street spot.
The airport shuttle was on time, quick and free. The trip back from the airport (dropping off my daughter) was also easy and drama-free.
The best part was the staff. All were incredibly friendly and helpful. I booked the wrong day, and the manager worked with me and Hotels.com to fix the error and get us another room. Once there, my daughter wanted to print out her boarding pass. Kyle at the front desk was wonderfully helpful and accommodating when the printer in the business center wasn’t printing well. I appreciated his out-of-the-box thinking to make sure she had nothing to stress about before her big trip. I will definitely stay there again.
