Very clean and nice! Only issue was that we could hear traffic all night. Also, the restaurant was not open on Sunday night when we arrived.

I like it was convenient for the purpose of my visit to NY. However, I didn’t understand why do valet parking when someone can park their own vehicle. I think they should have more spots available in the property for people who want to do their own self parking.

Nice hotel the staff is nice the hotel is clean and updated but the area around the hotel is so so looks a little ran down but not the worst but I think it’s just NY

I has made a booking with you people and canceled the booking same day and you people telling there no refund the manager was very disrespectful Samantha her customer service was terrible. I even go as far asking her if I could get back a claim for another day. When I was booking on line was there anybody to tel me it’s not refundable I wouldn’t never recommend no body about you people

The buses are a block away and they can get you to a train or into the City. Across the highway there is a variety of food. It was convenient and the front desk staff was extremely helpful and present.

Overall, I had a nice stay at this hotel. I’ve been there a few times before and some rooms are in better condition than others. They were clean but can use a touchup (paint, wallpaper, working outlets). The staff are super friendly and accommodating. I would stay again

It was a very satisfying accommodation except for the low water pressure and the uncomfortable Metris. The view behind the six-story we stayed in was also great. Free breafast was good at starbugs in hotel also.

Fine.. but parking
Parking was an issue.. either street parking ( very very limited) or valet parking at $41 a day. Other than that the 1 night stay for the stevie Nicks concert was fine

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The valet always had a smile on his face. Lobby smelled so refreshing each day and there was a great space downstairs in the lobby for work or dining.
