Unit was as described in the posting. Nothing fancy, but has all you need. Short walk to Grand Central Station and from there you can take the subway anywhere. Not the best stay. Construction going on right behind the building, extremely loud. Was told we’d be on the 2nd floor ended up on the 4th and my wife was on crutches. We would have canceled and rescheduled our trip had we known. Wife didnt want to leave once we got up the stairs. Communication was great with hosts though and i will say they tried to make up with a free breakfast the next day at their hotel down the street but we ended up not taking them up on the offer since pictures online made it look like continental breakfast which isnt really our thing. I dont think a breakfast comp makes up for the inconvenience it caused on our trip, especially after asking and letting the host know our situation with being on crutches. ##### Ashley R. My only issue was the keypad on the unit door. It made a short buzzing or whirring sound, like a small motor trying to turn the lock. The noise lasted a couple of seconds each time and sounded a bit like a quiet electric tool. Based on my own experience at home, this usually means the battery needs to be replaced. The sound happened off and on throughout my stay, including during the night, which interrupted my sleep. In the future, it might be helpful to check the battery life before guests arrive. Other than that, everything about the suite was great. ##### Grant P.
