Home to the Roosevelts back in the 1800s, as well as many politicians and artists, the area was designed to house fashionable families. Today, it attracts young families and students who seek an inviting place to call home. On weekends, the benches and beautiful trees make the surrounding area of Gramercy Park the ideal place to jog or relax. Its central location makes it easy to get downtown or easily commute uptown for work. Second and Third Avenue offer a great variety of fine dining and bars, ideal for weekday socializing. Union Square, just a few steps away, is a bustling shopping and transportation hub. Grand Central station is only an 18-minute subway ride away. Other things to note Building amenities may have an extra cost. This Blueground apartment has flexible lease options, allowing you to book it for one month, a year, or more. Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees. We take great pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our own units with our actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangement, which may differ from what’s pictured.
