We are located in one of Brooklyn's Historic districts. Known for it's beautiful Brownstone Building and Great architectural structures.
This rental is perfect for:
- Traveling Nurses and Medical Professionals. (near major hospitals)
- Short and long term business trips
- Flex-cationers (working from home/vacation)
- People looking to explore the neighborhood for a possible move to our great city of Brooklyn, New York.
- Long Vacation stay.
We are 5 minutes away from the 'A' train. The 'A' train is just a 15 minute express ride to Manhattan. We are minutes away from Prospect Park, Brooklyn Academy Of Music, Atlantic Mall and The Barclay Center, Home of the Brooklyn Nets and one of the best entertainment centers in New York. There are many local eateries, supermarkets, and late night stores in the area. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. It's a great place for a couple's getaway or for a base for close family and friends to stay while they enjoy the wonderful things New York has to offer. The apartment is a private studio that comes with everything you would expect to find in your home. Kitchen, bathroom, linens, towels, free wifi, cable TV and more. Staying here will make you feel just like home. This is your 'Home away from home'

The place was big enough to accommodate 4 people, the bathroom was huge which means it was convenient to all get ready at the same time not to spend hours preparing before exploring the city. The WiFi didn't work so well for me but it did for my friends (probably an issue if your phone isn't compatible with 5G?). It was really well situated, with shops and takeout places around. The only drawback was the A/C directed directly next to the bed by the window - we got a little cold but nothing too bad. I would definitely recommend it and stay again. Thanks a lot!

Excellent family trip
The apartment is pleasant, very comfortable for a family of four and ideally situated. It is at a walking distance from the station and Manhattan is only 30 minutes away. We enjoyed a day walking around Brooklyn and spent a very lovely week in New York.

Appartement sympa et bien situé, au calme dans le secteur résidentiel de Brooklyn. Accueil sympa par la fille de John. Néanmoins le ménage de la salle de bain était moyen, pour le reste c'était très bien. Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas des lits king size, c'est pourtant courant aux US. Merci pour ce bon séjour.

Our stay in Hancocksuite was very good
This is the fifth time that we go to Ny but this is the first time that we rent an apartment in Brooklyn. We always stayed in a Hotel in Manhattan. Our stay in Hancocksuite was very good. We stayed 10 days. John and Kim are very friendly and helpful. The apartment was ready and clean and we could put our bags before the combined time, they were really helpful with us. We didn't have any problems. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, we walked at night several times and we felt safe. The Fulton street is very busy and there is a supermarket, place to buy fruits and anything that you need. We loved The Paris Dakar, a café on the corner of Nostrand st, there are good pancakes and crepes there. But you can cook in the apartment because there is a very good kitchen with all equipments and utensils. There are two restaurants that recommended us but we didn't have time to know : Peaches Hot House and Eugene & Company, both are in Tompkins st. ,less than a half block from Hancocksuite. We went to Prospect Park walking, if you are a person that like to walk you can do this, it isn't very far and you can know a little about neighborhood. Our next time in NY we will certainly stay at Hancocksuite!

Great studio apartment
A clean and fully equipped studio apartment in Brooklyn. Plenty of space for my family of two adults and one child. We stayed 8 nights. Ideal for those who want the at home feeling at a reasonable price instead of staying in an expensive hotel in Manhattan and who don't mind taking the subway every day. We prepared our breakfasts and the occasional dinner in the equipped kitchen. Conveniently situated close to the express A subway (Nostrand) with direct access to Manhattan and to JFK airport Air Train. The studio is also quiet at night compared to noisy Manhattan. The street is quiet. The Nostrand subway station is in a more lively area with shops and supermarkets. The owner is professional and respects your privacy but is available onsite if needed. He also kindly helped us with our heavy suitcases up and down the stairs. The studio is exactly as the description and photos. We would consider staying here again.

FILTHY & DISGUSTING
I had to scrub the toilet before using it. The entire place was disgusting. Worst of all the smoke detector was disarmed so if there was a fire we would be toast! The heater didn't work and there was a clanking coming from a vent in the bathroom that kept us awake most of the night. We were out of there the first thing in the morning.

The price was great and affordable! We really like how accessible it was to public transportation. We loved being in an authentic neighborhood where we were able to experience Brooklyn in a way we would not be able to in a hotel.

great!
small little studio apartment on the third floor ..big bathroom, jacuzzi tub- which is a huge plus, especially after a long day. fully equipped kitchen, to reheat leftover lunch, or prepare your own meal...quiet neighborhood... parking can be tricky, but we were very fortunate in finding spots, later on in the evening.. check in process quick and easy..check out process is the same...100% will book again... thanks for a great stay!
