L’hôtel est super bien situé, à l’intérieur c’est très beau, la chambre est très belle, juste un peu légère en terme de rangement. Nous étions au 33eme étage avec une très belle vue, c’était calme. Le personnel n’est pas des plus souriants, mais est très efficace, et c’est le principal. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Ce qui m'as deplu c'est la chambre tres etroite pour 2 adultes 2 enfants. Pas de ventilateur dans la salle de bain pas de micro onde, frigo super petit, clim tres bruyante pas capable de dormir. et les ascensseurs pas de climatisation. Ce qui m'a plu, c'est chambre moderne , hotel moderne et la vue en haut est sperbe au 40 eme etage ou il ya tout manhattan a voir de nuit.Sauf que on vous demande de reserver votre place avant de monter car il ya un bar ,seulement ya aussi pour visiter des gens qui viennent de l'exterieur qui vous prennent vos places.

Je dois dire que l'hôtel en apparence est super accueillant, et il l'est mais sous prétexte de période covid notre chambre n'a été nettoyée qu'une seule fois en l'espace de 6 nuits achetées, et au prix forts; on ne nous a pas défalqué quoi que ce soit à cause de cette pandémie, je suis donc très déçu; vu le tarif nous étions en droit d'avoir un service à la hauteur pour un building de 41 étages; j'espère que pandémie terminée le service d'étage reprendra de sa superbe...Pour terminer sur une note très positive le petit déjeuné était très copieux et le roof top magnifique avec une vue à couper le souffle par temps clair

Hotel is walking distance to everything which made exploring the city very convenient! We also had easy access to the Subway, with the property being only a 2 min walk to the station. This being said, the street leading to the hotel didn't feel the safest to walk in, but this was something we expected given its proximity to Times Square. Room is clean, bathroom updated, and overall very adequate, no frills. Would stay again 💯

Very nice, clean, walkable, and easy to get to hotel. Only a few minutes walk to time square. To train station and bus stop. We really like this hotel for our first time staying. What we didn’t like was that in our day before the day we were leaving. Our room was cleaned. But, house keeping didn’t leave enough bath towels. We then saw a house keeper guy and asked him for the extra towels we were missing and he said he would take care of that. And he never did.

Las puertas de la bañera son inseguras mi hijo de 13 años se estaba bañando y se quebró la puerta y lo cortó feo y no me dieron ayuda y al final hasta me cobraron cargos extras que nunca me pudieron explicar de qué fueron los cargos

The hotel is great but the building is 41 floors with a rooftop bar and only 3 elevators meaning going in and out can be a burden and god forbid one or two of the elavators are under maintenance.

Nice property but very congested common area and elevators. Everything took a bit longer then expected. The elevators were a challenge because one was down. So every time we had to go to or from our 36th floor room it was a wait and had to squeeze in. Otherwise it was good! Only stayed one night.
