My husband and I decided to stay here because of the close proximity to our daughter’s apartment. Short walk to subway and grocery store. Comfy pillow top mattress. Rain shower head. Leave your robe at home and use the plush ones provided. Just a couple of minor issues. Not enough drawer space. Rod in closet is turned front to back, making it difficult to use. I nearly gashed my head on the shelf corner that’s just above the safe. All in all, we had a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

For the price of this hotel the amenities are the worst! First off the restaurant is not open and that is the whole focal point of the hotel. Ice maker and microwave is all the way at the bottle level. The elevator is extremely slow and it’s only 4 floors. Also their incidental is extremely high for no reason on top of the hotel being super expensive. Rating out of 5 I will give them a 3. Room decor is nice but what the hotel is advertised as it not meeting standards.

Staff was A . Room was good. Only gripe was bathroom door really didn’t give you privacy in the bathroom and shower pressure was horrible. Hot water took 4 minutes to get hot.

The vibe was not great and the room was only fine. The blackout window in my room malfunctioned and partially fell off late at night and didn’t manage to black out the room at night, or let me look out the window in the morning.

Convenient location (very close to Hewes Station), but can get noisy with trains and general neighborhood noise. Rooms are nice, but customer service from front desk staff was varied depending who was on shift. Some were more accommodating/friendlier than others.
