It was a super quick stay due to a cancelled flight, wouldn’t have found this hotel without Expedia so super helpful. Clean and comfortable while being luxurious was so welcoming after spending the day at JFK waiting for a flight that was eventually cancelled. Miguel at the front desk was super friendly and helpful! Even had a toothbrush for me!

I had specifically chose this hotel because there was a restaurant on site for breakfast. The morning of my stay I was told that the restaurant was closed saying that work needed to be done in the kitchen. I wish I was told that when I checked in. Also the elevator was not working that morning. They should at least have offered free coffee/beverages. The nearest coffee shop was a block away.

Very nice hotel in a mostly residential area, but with nice cafes and restaurants not too far off. I’m accustomed to staying in Manhattan, so by comparison parking was a breeze. The hotel was very quiet, staff friendly and helpful, and it’s near the subway so convenient to everything.

Terrible Expedia sent me a confirmation # for this hotel and when I spent 81$ to Lyft transportation to get there 42 hotel told me they had no vacancy. Had to find another hotel for that night.

Property was exactly as the photos showed. The location was decent. It was close to a venue we were going to for a concert. The room spacious, all the amenities worked besides our mini fridge. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was nice and spacious as well. Staff seemed a bit new and uncoordinated but overall everything went good. I was there for 3 nights and enjoyed the stay.

The rooms were large and clean for NYC. We stayed on the first floor on the street side of the hotel which put us on the opposite side from the elevated. The street was quieter even though we were on the first floor the street noise was pretty limited. It is not a very busy street.
