We had a great time in New Ulm! The property fit all of our needs, was very clean, easy to check in to, had a backyard we spent time in, and was in a quiet, safe neighborhood. There were yard games in the garage and board games in the basement but we just chatted and visited town instead. One afternoon we walked to Turner Hall. It’s about a 20 minute walk but there’s sidewalk the entire way, quiet streets, and cute houses and Halloween decor for us to admire. Great communication with the hosts. It was roomy enough for all of us. The bunk room was perfect for the teens! Beds were comfy! If you're bringing a lot of people, bring extra toilet paper (they only supply one roll per bathroom). The "barbecue" grill mentioned in the description is a Blackstone. Super handy! The ping pong table was a hit. There was a code on the downstairs TV, so the girls were unable to watch it. The hosts were always available to answer any questions we had and were very helpful. The house is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The furniture seemed new and so did the carpet.
