This property has everything: a great floor plan, outdoor living and the perfect location on Norris Lake. Conveniently located 10-15 minutes to Maynardville, TN and only 40 minutes to downtown Knoxville. Bubba Brews & Beach Island Marina are roughly 10-15 minutes away. The home is located in a quiet country setting in the back of the cove behind Straight Creek Boat dock in a no wake zone & the property has its own private dock for all your boating needs! Please note that our pontoon rental may be on the outside of the dock. The Space: \-We have multiple pontoon rentals available upon request. You must have a valid boaters license or be born before 1989 to operate. Please note we deliver the boat to the property & the boat can be taken out anytime during your stay, just note per our insurance, the boats are not to be taken out after dark. All Bookings must be made a week in advance to guarantee delivery. All boats must be returned with a full tank of gas to avoid additional charges. Please note we do not rent tubes but local marinas do & the boat is to be returned to the house after the rental period is over. Rates are as follows: Pontoon rental - $325 per day plus taxes & $50 insurance & taxes. \-There are also kayaks included with the rental close to the dock. Please note that we do not provide life jackets. Please be sure to return to the kayak rack at the property once finished! \-The home is located on Summer Breeze on a peaceful cove right behind Straight Creek Boat Dock in a long no wake zone that takes roughly 15-20 minutes to get out of to the main channel of the lake. Jimmy's place & Bubba Brews is about 15 minutes away by land & roughly 20-30 minutes away by water. \-The home is equipped with a spacious kitchen equipped with a standard coffee maker, dishwasher, large fridge, stove, over the range microwave, & a large kitchen table! The home also includes a hot tub, weber gas grill with propane on site that we provide, Fiber WIFI, & Samsung smart tv's throughout the entire house as well as a beautiful patio area! \-There is a private dock for use w/ a swim ladder & jetski port! Your trailer can be left at the property (just please note the road is tight in areas) & you can put in at Straight creek boat dock! The dock does not have power currently \-Please note, this part of the lake is considered seasonal water and although you'll have normal lake levels from May to mid to late August for the dock, past that it will not be floating. The lake levels are lowered by the TVA in the Fall and raised again in the Spring & can fluctuate year to year. Guest Access: The entire house is available & no more than 3 cars allowed at the property. Other Things to Note: \-Check in is at 5 & Check out is at 10 & you must be 25 to rent \-House includes All Linens, bath towels, pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, etc. \-A STARTER supply of dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, & trash bags (indoor & outdoor) \-Recommended items to bring: Extra trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, toilet paper, beach towels for hot tubs or lake, & all personal soaps, shampoo, & conditioners. \-3 Car max limit \-No smoking or parties allowed anywhere on the property. \-We provide all firewood & propane tanks. \-There are outdoor security cameras for protection since this is a year round rental. \-Check in and out times are firm unless approved in advance. \-Indoor Fireplace is for owners use only \-Nearest grocery store is Ingles which is 10-15 minutes away. \-No pets are allowed at our properties \-WIFI is Fiber \-There is another property beside this one if you need larger groups. Three of the bedrooms have doors. 3 full bathrooms. The 4th bedroom is the loft with 2 twin beds. The ladder is very sturdy. Kids loved the loft. Hot tub works great and gets hot. The cove was great for using our paddle boards and floating mat that we brought. I contacted the owner to rent their pontoon boat. This house was the most cleanest. No big hill to walk up at the end of a long boating day. We boated, load on jet ski, we got out on the kayaks and did some fishing. Straight dock marina was really close so we ordered pizza our last night (super good),they delivered right to our dock. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything. We loved the TV’s in all the bedrooms. The porch and grill were great, plus the big hot yup. It was our first time being at Norris Lake and it was PERFECT !!
