The motel has a car garage at the basement level and the rooms on the 2nd floor. The other building serves as a hotel with 4 or 5 floors of hotel rooms concept. Choose wisely as the "Love" motel concept is alittle improper when you have families and young children along eventhough it's very large with jetted-tub.
