It is not owned by the owner of the Château like most of them are. It is separately owned. It needs some repairs and the bed was awful! sheets did not fit & the mattress was inferior. The beach and pool access were perfect! The view from the balcony was fantastic. We stayed with our 17 year old twins and it worked out fine with our inflatable mattress. The bed did seem to be a full, not a Queen. Of the three chairs on the balcony, two need to be replaced as they were not usable. We always felt safe at this property.
