This 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat features a screened patio and tropical backyard, providing the perfect spot for morning coffee or a safe space for your furry friend to roam. Pet-friendly and ideally located, you'll be just a quick bike ride to the beach and within walking distance of the river. Explore nearby Flagler Avenue with its shopping, dining, and nightlife, or stroll over to historic Canal Street for additional restaurants, boutique shops, art galleries, and the Saturday farmers market. Seconds away, the Marine Discovery Center offers eco-tours, dolphin and manatee encounters, kayak excursions, and educational exhibits for the whole family. Truly, you're close to everything New Smyrna Beach has to offer.  
  
Inside, the villa is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The updated kitchen with Quartz countertops and modern appliances makes meal prep a breeze, while the spacious living room offers cozy seating, a large smart TV, DVR, and wet bar.
