Travel 30 minutes to Daytona beach for the day or one hour to Orlando This centrally located ocean front home will not disappoint. Direct ocean front beach home located on North Atlantic, steps to the sand and walking distance to Flagler Avenue shoppes, restaurants, and activities. Look directly out at the blue ocean and sandy beach, dining area, kitchen, patio to sit out and grill and watch the waves. New Smyrna Beach is an hour’s drive from Orlando and offers a lovely drive-on Atlantic coast beach – much like that of Daytona Beach, but quieter and with a feeling of a historic hometown. The home has a true beach feel and is in a great location. Not a knock on the house, but we didn't realize the beach was so public and allowed vehicles to park immediately in front of the home. That aside, the beach was great. The set up in the home was great for our family of six. Communication with Amy, the owner, was simple and efficient. So close to everything, walking distance to the quaint Flagler Street area, so many restaurants to choose from. The location is perfect!!! We took advantage of the amenities offered; hot tub, biking on the beach, grill and the fire pit. The pictures do not do this place justice!! It is everything you see in the pictures and more!! The views from the kitchen, dining room are spectacular. Felt very private even though there were many people on the beach.
