Being just steps away from the beach, the location is undeniably ideal.However, the condo itself could use some improvement. Although it’s advertised as "NEW," there’s nothing new about it. As someone with mold allergies, I immediately noticed an issue upon entering. The master bedroom showed visible signs of mold on the ceiling and under the windows, and even the decor in the master bathroom had surface mold growing on it.I’m not the type to expect brand-new furnishings, but the beds and linens were of poor quality. The towels were worn and some even had stains, making the stay far from comfortable or welcoming.Another drawback was the lack of beach items for families. The original listing featured beach chairs and an umbrella, with accompanying photos, but these items were nowhere to be found upon arrival. After calling the property management, they initially promised to deliver the missing items but failed to follow through—despite repeated calls. Later, I noticed they had edited the listing on VRBO, removing the photos and description of what the condo was supposed to provide. It was incredibly disappointing. ##### Heidi F.
