They are both on the top 3ed floor near each other and near the elevator and stairwells. We have owned these condos for over 25 years. We are licensed with the State of Florida and also with Volusia County. We live just 20 minutes away and personally manage our vacation rentals so we are always available if you need anything. We can meet you at the property as needed and answer any questions you may have. We don't pass you off to a busy manager that also handles other owners properties. You get our personal attention. We have two bridges over to our island and we have two unique downtowns, Flagler Avenue on the island and Canal Street on the mainland. Great restaurants and shopping. New Smyrna Beach is a family friendly popular and affordable beach town. We are closest beach to Disney World and are their designated beach town for families and snowbirds alike. They love the location away from the more crowded areas of the island. We have three Smart TVs, one in the living we have smart TVs in living room and one in each bedroom. We have recently added Netflix and Roku in all three TVs so you will have access to channels including Spectrum cable network. If you already pay for premium channels like Netflix or Prime they are available. If you are looking for a relaxing lay back area with pristine car free beaches and village atmosphere, you will enjoy this beach town. The Point East resort is located in the preferred non-driving beach zone so cars are not allowed on the beach. We have a lifeguard at the ocean front park next door for safety. The ocean front park next door has a great playground. The park also has a basketball court, restrooms, outdoor showers and picnic tables for private family parties. New Smyrna Beach is a quiet family friendly beach town. We are closest beach to Disney World and are their designated beach families and snowbirds alike. They love the location away from the more crowded areas of the island. IMPORTANT: We have three TVs, one in the living room and one in each bedroom. We have recently added Roku in all three so you will have access to hundreds of streaming channels including Spectrum cable network. If you already pay for premium channels like Netflix or Prime, bring your passwords and you can log on. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation you will enjoy this beach town. My guests tell me how much they enjoyed New Smyrna Beach. We have two down towns, one on the island and one on the mainland. The island has two bridges to the mainland so you can do the loop to discover all we have to offer. Great walking areas with restaurants and shops. The Point East resort is located in the preferred non-driving beach zone so cars are not allowed on the beach. RULES: This is a non-smoking resort strictly enforced. No smoking anywhere on the property or in the condos. Also renters are not allowed to bring any pets. Our summers are warm and tropical and our winters are mild temperature and sunny. We are called the Sunshine State. Our beaches are beautifully blue and inviting. all year long. The condo is well stocked for snowbirds as well as families. I also have a Pack N Play, Highchair, and safety gate for my little guests. My remodeled kitchen is well stocked for family meal planning. It has a pass-thru bar into the dining area that seats six guests. I have cable TV in the living room and both bedrooms plus private Wi-Fi throughout the condo. Point East Ocean Front Resort is at 3801 South Atlantic Ave, and is located in the preferred non-driving beach zone for family fun and safety. The resort offers a direct ocean front secure access to the beach, an Olympic size swimming pool, kiddie pool, shuffleboard, and covered pavilion. By the way, New Smyrna Beach was voted "Best Orlando Beach" for 8 years in a row by the readers of the Orlando Sentinel. We have bragging rights. New Smyrna Beach is the closest beach to Orlando. It's on the east coast and just a short drive to Orlando and all Central Florida attractions including Disney-world, EPCOT, Sea world, Kennedy Space Center, NASA and much more. It's only a half hour to Daytona International Speedway and NASCAR events. Disney World has designated New Smyrna Beach as "Disney's Beach". Day trips are an easy drive, with Orlando just one hour away. You can visit Disney Sea World, EPCOT, Universal Studios, MGM Studios, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona International Speedway, St. Augustine(the oldest city in the USA), and much more! They are all easy "day trips" from New Smyrna Beach. You can easily drive to Central Florida attractions for the whole day, and return to the beach in time to see the sun set. New Smyrna Beach is located on the Atlantic side of Florida and I am happy to advise our beach and Inter-Coastal waterways are CRYSTAL CLEAR AND CLEAN for your enjoyment. This is my 2BD/2BA #304 Tranquility Suite. It's decorated in a Tommy Bahama beach theme furnishings. It is on the top third floor near the elevator. It has a south facing balcony for warm southern exposure. It overlooks the Olympic Size swimming pool, shuffleboard, and covered pavilion at Point East Ocean Front Condominium Resort. You can see the big blue ocean and sunrise from the balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony and watch the sun come up over the ocean. My master suite has a king size pillow top bed and in-suite bathroom. My guest bedroom has two FULL SIZE pillow top beds for total comfort of additional guests. I also have a blow up bed if needed. The second bathroom is next to the guest bedroom. I also have a comfortable couch and TWO comfortable recliners in the living room. The condo is well stocked for snowbirds as well as families. The owners are extremely friendly and courteous to their renters. The unit is fully furnished with comfortable living room and bedroom furniture. Also, there is a high chair and a portable crib which we really appreciated when our grandchildren visited us for a couple days. There are beach chairs and beach toys available too. For any rainy days there are plenty of books and DVD videos to enjoy. We would definitely choose to stay here again. ##### Barbara J. The condo was clean and well stocked. The condo is kind of small but had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is literally right on the beach! The property manager was awesome! Pointe East is just off the south edge of the drive beach, which keeps the spring break crowd closer to Flagler Ave. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. The pool was a little cool but that didn’t stop us from enjoying it. Marilyn communicated everything we needed to know. I would rent here again. ##### Karen P. It had been 30+ years since I had been in New Smyrna Beach, it was a wonderful visit and I really enjoyed my condo! It had everything a guest could need, I felt very comfortable. The master bed and pillows were very comfortable and I slept very restfully. It was so nice to see and hear the ocean from my patio, the pool area large, well maintained, great lounges. Super nice owner (direct - not a company) and great communication. They want to assure you have a great time. Nice view of pool and ocean. Great pool temperature and nice grounds. Beach is amazing - both for kids and for people who want to ride waves on surfboards or boogie boards. Plenty of sand and beach toys for kids.
