This is an oceanfront property named Pelican Perch because of its sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean from each east-facing deck and nearly every room in the townhouse. This luxury property is perched perfectly within walking distance of Flagler Avenue, the mecca of NSB, making for a 1-block walk to all the shops, restaurants, and bars on the main strip of our lively beach town.
