PET POLICY – STRICT ENFORCEMENT I understand that the vacation rental complex has a strict pet policy that must be followed at all times. Violations of this policy will result in an automatic $200 fine and may also lead to immediate eviction from the property with no refund. Pets are only permitted if pre-approved for the specific unit and must be kept leashed at all times in all common areas. Additionally, pets are NOT permitted to relieve themselves anywhere on the property grounds, including lawns, landscaped areas, walkways, or parking lots. All pet restroom needs must be taken off-property. Failure to comply with this rule affects all guests and owners. If pet policies continue to be ignored, the complex may permanently revoke pet privileges for all future guests. Your adherence protects the community's current pet-friendly status. 4\. SMOKING & VAPING POLICY I understand that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the condo, as well as on any balconies, patios, or outdoor areas attached to the unit. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking devices. Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees, fines, or immediate eviction without refund. Check in and out was easy. Having a designated parking spot was a plus with the spring break crowds. A ground floor unit makes it easy to get in and out (luggage, groceries, beach items,etc), No elevator to wait on. Parking is so close and the beach is only 150 feet from the door. The beach is clean and in a no-drive zone so there is no vehicle interruptions. The pools are clean and fun for the entire family. The sun deck is such a bonus. Chairs at the ready make this spot an afternoon delight. The bed was VERY comfortable. The condo is nicely decorated and affords all the comforts of home. We really had a nice stay and enjoyed this condo. (The only con that we had is that sleeping 4 here was a bit tight.) ##### Cindy W. The condo and building were clean and well maintained. An added touch was a generous gift basket of treats left for us by the apartment's owner. The location on the beach allowed us to walk on the beach every day, weather permitting. The ground floor location of the apartment allowed easy access from the parking area to load and unload our shopping. The only minor problem that we had with the apartment,was it was difficult to read the numbers for adjustment on the cook top of the electric stove. The condo we stay in was the idea condo for 2 people it was 1 bedroom and king size very clean and we love it.
