This property is located in the heart of the famous New Smyrna Beach Florida directly across from the beach. The area has multiple restaurants, pubs, gift shops and more. If you enjoy lunch or dinner with a view of water and maybe watching some Dolphin looking for a meal, then this is the place for you.   
You will be only 10 minutes from Flagler avenue, 25 minutes from Daytona Beach, 75-80 minutes from Disney World or 40 minutes from Kennedy Space Center and 80 minutes from the Orlando International Airport.  
  
You will be provided with a code to enter through the security gate, a code to access the keys to the unit and parking passes for two vehicles.   
  
Step into this spacious 3-bedroom condo and feel right at home on your beach getaway! The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, while the first guest bedroom features a cozy queen bed. The second guest bedroom is perfect for families, with a fun bunk bed accommodating one on top, two on the bottom, plus a pull-out floor mattress for extra guests.  
The open living area is perfect for gathering, featuring plush leather furniture, a flat-screen TV, and a large dining table ideal for sharing meals and stories. The fully stocked kitchen has every tool and appliance you need to whip up the perfect feast, while a private laundry room with washer and dryer makes longer stays easy and convenient. Comfortable, functional, and full of charm, this condo is your home base for making unforgettable beach memories.  
  
Most places you can get around by car, motorcycle, bicycle, golf cart or maybe you will choose to call for an Uber ride.
