Let’s take a closer look inside, working our way from the top of this tower down to the ground level… Poseidon’s Palace towers 3 stories tall, with breath-taking panoramic ocean views of the sea for miles. Experiencing extravagant aerial views is made effortless with our brand new elevator that begins on the 1st floor garage, opens on 2nd floor, and then goes up to the 3rd floor living area. This makes bringing in luggage, groceries, etc. a breeze! The elevator meets ADA standards and is perfect for wheelchairs or individuals with walkers or trouble with stairs. Each level of this lavish lookout has been impeccably designed with the immersion of local elements. Hints of the beach are around every corner. There are shells embedded within the walls, and even New Smyrna Beach sand infused in the kitchen bar countertops giving this nautical nuance even more character. Intended to mimic a large yacht, whilst embodying all things under the sea, the interior design of this aquatic palace incorporates accents such as breathtaking blue tile detail and sea turtles, gorgeous resin art and bohemian wood accents that make you feel like you’re in a beautiful balinese cabana. There are balcony decks on all floors that wrap the oceanfront sides of the house. Each one has furniture including polywood adirondack chairs and a bistro set. The Top level of Poseidon’s Palace is a modern, open living, dining, multiple bar and deck area that boasts incredible 180 plus-degree panoramic ocean views, a spacious gourmet kitchen with glass tile, cherry-walnut custom cabinets, granite and concrete countertops, a built-in stainless refrigerator, a Thermador Professional gas stove/griddle, and convection or conventional oven. The kitchen also has a built-in Miele barista which makes delicious espresso, cappuccino, macchiato, and latte, which utilizes both steamed and frothed milk – what a wonderful way to wake up and start your day!!! A large walk-in pantry with pull out shelves and baskets for dry goods is yet another dream for the avid chef. Because of the Chef in our family, our kitchen is very well-equipped with high-end pots and pans, cutlery, and a ton of dishes and silver. Concealed in the large pantry, you will find that the home is equipped with a blender, air fryer, food processor, panini press, crock pot, and more. In our bar areas, we have dozens of beer, wine, martini, champagne, and rocks glasses. The wet bar also contains two extra refrigerated drawers and a bar sink. The wet bar is located just in front of a slide window for easy access to serving on the 3rd floor balcony deck. The third floor living area is spacious and has a large sectional couch that will seat 6\. The bar areas also seat 10 (5 at the kitchen bar, and 5 at the wet bar). The entertainment system has a 65-inch flat screen HD TV with Cable and Apple TV. The stereo system allows for music throughout the house, including out on the decks and on all 3 floors. The second floor is where the washer/dryer, 1 full bath with walk-in shower, and all 3 bedrooms are located, including the Primary Suite - boasting a large balcony, ocean views, and private bathroom. The Primary Suite is directly oceanfront with 5 large windows for an amazing panoramic ocean views even without lifting your head off the pillows! The Primary Suite is equipped with a Tempurpedic king size bed with built-in drawers for storage and stowing luggage. The built-in entertainment system is concealed at the footboard of the bed, where a pop-up TV rises with a click of a remote control. Additionally, the Primary Suite has built-in closets and drawers with pull-out shelves and even a jewelry organizer drawer for the ladies. The Primary Ensuite Bathroom is beautifully decorated with coastal influenced shells and tiles, enhancing the nautical essence of this home as described above, and has a glass shower. There are two guest bedrooms (both located on the 2nd level as well). One room has a queen-size bed, and the other bedroom has a twin daybed with a trundle underneath. All 3 beds have top quality/memory foam mattresses. Both guest bedrooms also have a ceiling fan, flat screen and Apple TVs. Although the house has central heat and air, each guest room is equipped with its own air conditioners and heaters to further customize/BETTER ACCOMMODATE each guest’s chosen comforts. Both guest rooms also have ample closet space, for both hanging and folded clothes. There is a full guest bathroom right outside of the guest bedrooms along with a laundry closet and large washer and dryer units. The ground floor is an open-air lanai with a patio. Among the included amenities on this level are a picnic table, grill, hammock, kitchen sink, garbage disposal, a ½ bathroom, and a fully private outdoor shower with hot water! This area has pavers with steps leading to a private beach pathway. 10 steps and you’ll be standing with sand between your toes in your beachfront backyard! This was the best place we have ever rented. We loved the north end location that was walkable to Flagler Avenue but still located away from the busyness and traffic - even with all the Memorial Day weekend activity. The layout of the house was great with the bedrooms on the 2nd floor and living area and kitchen on the 3rd floor. The elevator was super helpful when loading and unloading our luggage and groceries. We spent a lot of time on the 3rd floor porch which sits high above the dunes so you can enjoy the view. We saw 2 rocket launches when we were there as well as many dolphins, boats and surfers. We hope to be able to stay there again for our next trip to NSB. ##### Leslie L. From the second we got out of the elevator, we were blown away. The views are incredible and the house is so unique. We felt like we were on a huge yacht because it is so close to the ocean it appears is though you are literally in the water during high tide. It is super clean and all the finishes are high end. We loved the kitchen and luxury appliances - especially the built-in coffee maker. My husband is a chef and loves to cook for our guests, so he was in heaven with everything in the kitchen. We served cocktails at the bar overlooking the ocean every night and grilled out downstairs on the patio a few times. The beds were super comfy as well. The master has electronic blinds and a pop up tv from the foot of the bed. IT was amazing to wake up and push a button to see the ocean from our bed. Natasja is the property manager and she was wonderful and very communicative. This was a perfect vacation - we could walk everywhere!! It is like nothing else we've ever stayed in. You can literally see miles up and down the beach from the 2nd and 3rd floors. The house is extremely clean and the appliances all very high end. The kitchen has everything you can think of with 3 regeneration systems and a built-in coffee maker for yummy lattes or various types of coffees in the morning watching the sunrise. It is beautifully decorated and gives you a very big high end oceanfront feeling of luxury. Everything is so comfortable from the beds to the beach towels. It is very organized with everything you need for your beach get away. The elevator is a great luxury and makes it so easy to get luggage and groceries upstairs! The property manager was wonderful and communication was great from start to finish! This is the best location too because you are far enough away from noisy crowds, yet you can easily take a 5 min walk to Flagler avenue. We didn't use the kitchen because of the mold and dirt in the kitchen. Also fan in guest room not safe parts came flying off. I do not usually write a bad review. My mom always said if you don't have something nice to say say nothing at all, but I would hate to see anyone else waste their money on this home. When I sent them pictures and proved all these things I was given my cleaning deposit back. For what they are charging for this house I felt that was an insult. The home should have never been rented in this shape.There are other things wrong I can list but let me just leave you with rent the house down the block. The first floor lanai makes using the beach a dream. It is an interesting house and would be very comfortable for 2 couples plus 2 children. It is definitely not a 3 bedroom house as what is called the third bedroom is the elevator foyer and has no window. Not only is this legally not a room but it is disconcertingly dark when the door is closed. It is a 2 bedroom house that can sleep 7 with couch surfing. The kitchen is fabulous and the equipment wonderful; so if you like to cook you'll be in heaven. Oddly there is no way to sit around a table and have a leisurely meal, but bar dining can be fun. ##### Taylor E. The property management company was very responsive (helped us get the guest shower working and the door lock fixed on the first day within 30 mins of our call and on a weekend!). The only downside for out stay (31st May - 15th Jun 2024) was that for a premium priced property, there is an expectation of everything being first rate, but there were multiple bulbs out in pretty much every room of the building, the outside door handle on the bedroom door to the veranda of the master bedroom was missing (so we couldn't use that), the fan in the guest bathroom didn't work and there was a major building project going on next door (the builders were very courteous, but obviously it was very unsightly and at times noisy). Also, despite the listing saying bikes were available, and even showing a picture of a couple of bikes, there were no bikes available which was hugely disappointing for out 11 yr old boys who we had talked about riding up the beach, and to the waffle house, so we ended up having to rent bikes. Other than that, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay. ##### Julia H. The views from the top floor and balcony were incredible and the ones from the master bedroom and balcony were fantastic as well. Great sunrises and perfect lighting for sunset photos on those balconies. The kitchen was well stocked with good knives and equipment. The two smaller rooms are very small for my adult kids + spouse. One of the rooms is only large enough for a trundle. That didn’t keep us from loving our stay because we loved the whole vibe of the tridecagon home! ##### Jill O. The pictures just don't do it justice. The home has beautiful interiors with many amenities and the ocean view cannot be beat! We loved how we could hang out on the deck that's just off the kitchen and main living area and see the sights: ocean, sand, and sea turtles. We would most certainly come back for another stay.
