Salty Pelican Beach House! 300 feet to the Atlantic Ocean!
Beautiful beach house with all the amenities you can wish for!
Spacious bedrooms, gourmet kitchen and modern granite and tile bathrooms
Sliding glass doors open to a spacious back yard with a hammock, grill and patio and gas fire pit.
The house is within walking distance to tiki bars, restaurants, shops, Flager Ave and a short golf cart club ride to Canal Street.
Cape Canaveral National Seashore is just a few miles south on A1A and has pristine beaches with nice seashells. Also, a shuttle goes off almost weekly. Disney is less than an hour away.
I will meet you upon arrival with the keys and show you around and answer any questions you may have.
Small dogs are considered. Must be crated (crate provided) when you are not home.

A+ for this property and the hosts! The location was perfect for us. The house is a quick walk to the beach, and also a walkable mile to Flagler Ave. We loved not having to drive anywhere for the weekend! Everything was very clean and just as pictured. They even have a beach cart, beach towels, bikes, boogie boards, and other beach items to use. I highly recommend this property!

The amount of amenities at this house was incredible. They had so much stuff to choose from. There wasn’t a single thing you wanted for. Spices which are so important, to beach toys, bikes, pillows, blankets, maps and even a junk draw. Having little things like salt and pepper and coffee filters etc. so lovely to have when travelling. Wonderful location and much enjoyed.

My husband and I took 2 of our kids down to visit our other daughter who lives in the area. Having my family together was priceless! House was so clean and very roomy. Had everything we needed both inside and for the beach. The location is perfect. Anne was very nice and easy to get a hold of. We had a blast!

Great loaction, 1 block from the beach, 3 nice sized bedrooms, plenty of room for our family of 5\. Pet friendly with a backyard to hang out or let the dog have some space to roam. Beach cruiser bikes were great for riding around to shops, Starbucks, or Publix grocery store. The owner was very helpful in restaurant recommendations, things to do. Beach towels, boogie boards, frisbees were all included for beach fun. Highly recommend!

#### Weekend Getaway
We love New Smyrna, and we come 1-2 times per year trying different properties around the area to see what we like. We needed 3 bedrooms and the ability to bring our small dog so this home fit the bill! Lots of space and welcoming for our pet, adjacent to great neighborhoods for dog walking and SO close to the beach. The kitchen is very well appointed, we easily cooked two full dinners for 5 at home when we weren't going out. Easy biking distant to everything! Close enough to downtown but far enough from the crowds, great location, quiet and peaceful and super responsive owner who answered my questions quickly and with a smile. Thanks so much!

Where to start: My husband and I came down for Bike Week with 2 other couples. Room for us all, would be great for families too. Owners are amazing. Great communication and very responsive Location was great! Near lots of shops, restaurants and stores. . the best part The Beach. Where all my mornings started watching the sunrise Home was clean, didnt need anything this place had everything. The back yard was great to end our days with drinks by the fire pit. If its available and you are on the fence of renting the golf cart DO IT... you can get everywhere on the thing.

This was our first time in NSB. We stayed with our friends and our two 16 yo daughters. The house was fantastic! Clean, roomy, equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and clean/updated bathrooms. Hostess, Anne marie, was wonderful in communicating with us about spots to eat, places to visit and answering all our questions. We loved the location and the ability to rent a golf cart through her. Extras not seen at other VRBOs- plenty of dishwasher tabs, cleaning products, toilet paper, beach towels, beach gear (even totes!), bikes! Our girls biked everywhere. We would love to go back to NSB and stay at the Salty Pelican again! The beach is awesome, we loved the seafood and ambience of the restaurants and the people of NSB are so nice!!

We all came to New Smyrna Beach for our friends sons wedding. Four of us stayed together. The beach townhouse was amazing: clean, proximity to the beach & town for dinner & nightlife, and had plenty of amenities to make it easy to goto the beach without bringing our own stuff. We loved everything from the space and the 3 bedrooms & 2.5 baths, to the double wide staircase & the great backyard outdoor space & furniture. We all slept great in the comfortable beds. It was great for a group of friends, we were able to walk to the beach & ride bikes to around the neighborhood & beach. Great place to vacation. A golf cart was available to rent as well if we had more time would've been great to goto town & the beach on that. Owner was also great & responsive & communicated with us well even before our trip. We would definitely highly recommend the Salty Pelican House!

We had a great time at our stay, the place was nice and had everything we needed and the hostess was helpful and friendly. We had 5 adults and one child and we were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
