Win-San's complex is the closest oceanfront condo to Flagler Avenue shopping, dining, and more! With just 42 units in this family friendly community, you'll have plenty of room to relax at the pool. The unit is clean and bright and the price is just right! This unit is located on the ground floor with direct access to the swimming pool. You will feel right at home in this cozy and comfortable unit. The Kitchen is bright and clean with white cabinets and beautiful granite counter tops that flows directly to through to the living room with tile floors tha has slider doors that flow out to the pool/beach. The master is spacious with a King size bed and overlooks the pool. The spare bedroom has two twin size beds, both bedrooms have TV's as well as the living room for your viewing pleasure wherever you choose to relax after a long day in the sun! There are two full baths that allow for privacy for those staying in the master and a spare bathroom in the hall for guests. Washer and dryer are on site but not in the unit. We pride ourselves on ensuring that every unit is clean and bright and this complex is no exception. Amenities such as sheets, towels, cookware, and beach gear allow you to just bring your suitcase. The mattress and pillows in the main bedroom were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper too. Best part is the kitchen is overstocked! I'm used to rentals having the bare minimum as far as dishes/cutlery/glassware, this place has more than enough of everything. The pool is about five feet from the condo, the beach maybe 100ft, and there are multiple restaurants and bars within a block or two. The condo was comfortable and made us feel at home. Quick access to pool, beach/ocean, and Flagler Ave. enough room from Flagler Ave to not hear the noise. You can walk to stores and restaurants. We are here during off season. The guests in condo seemed mostly to be regulars. All guests were polite and respectful of others. I have stayed other places on this beach. This is my favorite! I like that the gates are locked which prevents locals from using pool area. There was a helpful binder with maps and area info. Simple check in/ out and use of condo instructions. The linens were wonderful. Obvious the owners put thought into their purchases for the unit. The bedding was probably the best I have slept on. I actually plan on buying a nectar bed after sleeping on the one in A104\. Really made my back feel better. Thank you. I would of rated the condo as excellent except the Main TV was old and small, and the spectrum remote was not synced with the TV. The weather wasn't very good so we watched allot of TV. We love WinSan and this was our first stay in this unit. It's well stocked and the beds are comfortable! First floor location which is fantastic. We had our 4 kids with us and they are very well-behaved. However, the “owners” and some seasonal renters were very annoying during the stay. There were numerous families with kids staying at WinSan and when they were all around the pool, the older people got upset. There were a few maintenance issues, which were kindly handled by the Realty company. Hopefully, the dishwasher will be in full repair when we return. In general, the unit needs some updating and repair. Blinds are in poor shape, for example. In particular, we had some concerns regarding the use of the Hot Water Heater closet being used for storage of many items, including linens, all of which were literally jammed around the hot water heater. It seemed to be an unsafe situation to us. Hopefully, these comments will be received in the spirit in which they were intended...with a few tweaks, you could have a four star hotel! Great kitchen with all the needed items. Only gripe was the ice maker was so slow. Ended up buying bagged ice at 7-11 across the street. Big dining table to seat 6 and plenty of seating in the living room. The furniture was kind of dirty. Could use a steam clean for sure. The beds were very comfortable. This review comes from a trusted partner site and has not been verified. ### 8/10 Good Jul 27, 2019 #### Summer Vacation Up keep is not quite what it used to be.Lots of pool/beach toys,everywhere and left overnight on the lawn.Two of the five clothes washers were broken.Our unit was nice but the bathrooms needed to be updated.The twin beds should be a twin and a Queen bed.Its hard to sleep on a twin bed,when you're an adult.No Vistors parking.Everything else was Great!We can't wait to return and see the completed construction project!
