Located in New Quay, the house has stunning sea views from three of the bedrooms and is a very short walk to the blue flag beach, local grocery shop and all the fantastic pubs, restaurants, shops and amenities that New Quay has to offer. In addition, it has two private parking spaces to the rear of the property (a rare thing in New Quay), the benefit of which will be keenly noticed with the tight parking in New Quay – especially during the busy periods.


Layout

Two lounges (both with 46” smart TVs with Freeview, Netflix, Disney + and Prime, and the rear lounge also has games console and a host of board games), two bathrooms (one en-suite), four bedrooms, a downstairs WC, an open plan kitchen and dining room (dining table easily seats 10 people), laundry with washing machine and dryer, and a special dog room


Sleeping Arrangements

The sleeping accommodation is set out as follows: First floor – large bedroom to the front of the house with king-size bed and sea views, small bedroom to the front of the house with bunk beds and sea views, large bedroom to the rear with king sized bed and shower en suite bathroom; Attic – large bedroom with sea views. The beds in this room can be configured as two single beds or a king-sized bed; Ground floor – the rear lounge has an L-shaped corner sofa that converts to a comfortable double bed.


Exterior

Externally there is a paved rear garden which benefits from the evening sun. It has a large picnic table and a heated outdoor shower, perfect for showering sand off after a day at the beach or cleaning your fury friends!! Directly to the rear of the property are the two private parking spaces and across from the rear gate there are playing fields and a children’s playground for keeping the younger guests entertained away from the beach!!
