Recently renovated, you can feel at home whilst watching the sunset from the balcony or from the warmth inside on those cosy winter nights.

The space is open plan and after a small flight of stairs the glass balustrade opens into the lounge/kitchen & dining area with the terrace off to the left out of double doors.

Guest access is by keybox at the entrance to the property to the left of the door. (Right hand key box)

You are in the very heart of New Quay with New Quay Beach out the front of the property, and the harbour boats/restaurants and local amenities straight outside your front door.

Getting Around:
All restaurants/bars in the village and the beach are extremely short walking distance from the property.

Other Things to Note:
The apartment is set above an ice cream shop which comes in very handy on hot days!
