Properties like this are very rare!! No open water overnight docking BUT we will be offering alternative deep water docking options down the street in a protected canal. Deep water directly on the Gulf!!! 4 bedrooms are on the elevated split levels of the house, mother in-law suite on the ground level includes mini kitchen, bath and lounging room. Main living area is immaculately furnished with high end stone counters, wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms are spa quality with walk-in shower and shower head features. The property sits in an upscale neighborhood and is the ULTIMATE vacation retreat. Rent a boat from Tarpon Springs or Port Richey and head to the beach islands, take a short drive to explore Americas highest rated beaches or North to spring rivers on the Gulf of Mexico or never leave your own private oasis. We offer it all. Free WiFi, and kayaks included! Saltwater poles, heated pool (pool heater not in use during late Spring through early Fall months $35/day for daily winter pool heater use) Pool is heated for your comfort during cooler weather but will not run when temps fall into low 60s or at night when the pump is off. The residential pool heaters will not keep up to maintain comfortable water temps during colder than normal spells. There is no hot tub at this property. Heated pool only. Seated lounging area poolside. Please remember this when booking dates. We will have pool set for low 80° pool temps during winter months upon request with advanced notice.. New Port Richey,FL is the perfect location for taking in all FL has to offer. Downtown New Port Richey is a new booming restored small town that was developed in the 20s by some of Hollywoods celebs is now a great area full of fine dining ,pubs, piano bar, brewery, and ice cream shops. Just 4 miles North on the "Cotee" River and the mouth of the Gulf, 8 waterfront restaurants await you 5 miles away. The sandbar straight out in the Gulf from the house is usually everyones favorite. Beaches nearby include Fred Howard beach/park in Tarpon Springs, Sunset beach in Tarpon Springs, Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island in Dunedin, Clearwater beach and continues all the way down to St Pete beach. We have great shopping experiences all less than an hour away in downtown Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, Clearwater beach,Tampa Premium Outlets, Westfield at Citrus Park, International Plaza and Bay Street . We DO NOT allow any smoking inside or out, NO large parties or gatherings. PLEASE NOTE -quiet time begins at 10pm out of respect for our neighbors. This house is in a quiet residential area so we do ask to respect the neighbors and refrain from excessive daytime noise also. Feel free to message us with any further questions. Closest large local beach is Fred Howard in Tarpon Springs and Sunset Beach in Tarpon Springs also. Honeymoon Island beaches are beautiful and a place for you to stroll the less crowded beaches. Don't forget about cruising up the river waters or seeing the famous Port Richey stilt houses that Johnny Cash used to stay for vacations and fishing getaways. Tampa International is only 36 miles away and Orlando 110 miles if you are looking to scoot over there for a day. We rent a lot of VRBO in this area and this is by far our favorite place! The house is great. Neighborhood is top notch. Location is perfect. Easy to get to all the nearby neighborhoods. We kayaked in the gulf, swam in our own private pool and biked around the neighborhood. My wife and I (70), Friends (60’s), our daughter and her husband (40’s) and my granddaughter (9) all found something to our liking an enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious and more than sufficient for our party of 7\. Thank you very much for a memorable week in Florida. ##### art M. Mar 15, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Perfect intergenerational vacation home This place was just perfect for our family vaca that included an age range of 15 to 82!There was plenty of space for the 7 of us, the kitchen was very well equipped, check in and out seamless, the washer dryer was new, the heated pool was appreciated and we had some of the nicest sunsets you will ever see (and we are a well travelled bunch). The beds were comfortable and well spread out for privacy and our 20 year old really enjoyed the in-law suite. There were plenty of beach towels, suggestions for activities and restaurants. We had coffee on the front porch in the morning and waved to all the morning walkers. We had sunset drinks on the dock over looking the Gulf of Mexico. Heaven. The pool area was extremely well maintained and the kayaks an extra bonus. Dalton and Shelley were extremely responsive and I felt like we were in very good hands. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing vacation spot with a large group or small, with family or friends. Thanks Shelly and Dalton. Bright, roomy and comfortable home in a beautiful neighborhood! Kitchen had everything we needed. Enclosed patio/yard was perfect for our dog and even though there are close neighbors on either side, it still felt quite private which is very important to us. The sunsets were beautiful, both sitting on the end of the dock or sitting indoors at the dining table. Nearby favorite places for a beverage were Miss Vicki's on the River and Widow Fletcher's. We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay in Dec/Jan 2023! A couple of suggestion for owners would be to install some sort of sound barriers in front of the pool pump and the air conditioning unit in order to reduce noise near the pool, maybe throw out some older pots & pans to reduce cabinet clutter, and expand on the home guide into to include things like how to operate the programmable thermostats since they are a bit quirky. ##### Pam T. Although the home is located in an upscale neighborhood, we felt quite secluded during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, feeding the turtles and fish in the fish pond, fishing off the dock, kayaking and enjoying amazing sunsets. The house was fully stocked with cooking and dinnerware, linens and bedding. Our daughter and her husband visited one weekend and were delighted with the "grandmother's living area" and chose to stay there rather than stay in any one of the available four bedrooms! Our hostess was delightful and so accommodating! She recommended amazing and diversified restaurants in the surrounding area. Her business partner welcomed us upon our arrival, answered any questions we had and was always available if needed. We felt very well cared for! Wonderful views of the gulf; quiet and relaxing by the pool. Nice golf course nearby. Short drive to everything. House is big with a beautiful, well-stocked kitchen with lots of furniture to relax and enjoy. Property manager Shelley very nice to work with and responded quickly. We spent every day in the pool and spa, and almost every sunset on the private dock. The Tiki bar was a nice added touch and many a cocktail, champagne flute, and beers were enjoyed in the evening. A supermarket is located within 10 minutes-perfect for stocking the bar and grill. We had all we needed to enjoy a fun, healthy visit during COVID times. This is a newish property and a couple of very minor issues were quickly and happily addressed. Property manager, Dalton, was wonderful: easily reachable, and helpful with local recommendations. His personality added to the overall warmth and charm of the house-which I’m more than happy to re-rent for future gatherings. ##### Debra G.
