Awesome house. A good set up for us. There were three couples, three singles and myself. The little lounge by the second bathroom should be made into a bedroom with a single bed we all thought. I used this as a bedroom. But general layout was great. We were all family, cousins, my sister and husband and two of my sons so the house worked well for us. And it was handy to my Aunty. Fantastic amenities and multiple living spaces that afforded all 10 of us (6 adults, 2 teens, 2 children) to relax separately when needed, or be part of the action. Indoors to outdoors, this home flows beautifully well. Ample space in the double garage that we could comfortably and securely park a Minivan and a 4wd SUV. So close to the beach, literally a few minutes walk up the road. Convenience Store close by and of course the main inner city mere minutes drive away.
