Feb 7, 2022 #### Review of Seven by the Sea Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We (two older couples) were overall disappointed with our stay. The location was as described but the steep drive and 2 fights of stair were not mentioned, nor were the two people living below the property which was disconcerting. Deck overlooked a neighbours rubbish heap and we could not pour wine into 4 matching glasses. Lots of the little things let this property down which could have been awesome. ##### Patricia K. Well appointed home with quality furnishings throughout. Very clean. Only downsides really are parking would be an issue if your group had 2 cars, as you must leave the area free for a tenant living downstairs.
