The Space:  
The Ocean Outlook is a stunning coastal holiday home located in a prime tourist hotspot, just a two-minute stroll from the beautiful Fitzroy swimming beach. With easy access to the Scenic Coastal Walkway, guests can enjoy swimming, surfing, and windsurfing at the nearby beaches while exploring arts, culture, and shopping along the walkway. Elevated to capture all-day sun and sparkling blue water views, this property combines quality with total comfort, offering a soft beachy vibe that will capture your heart.  
  
The open plan living area flows out to a sun-drenched deck, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine while watching local surfers. The stylish, well-equipped kitchen features a coffee machine for your morning latte. Alternatively, guests can stroll down to the beach in summer for a coffee at one of the pop-up coffee spots along the walkway.
