Perfect for adventurers and relaxation seekers alike, this modern retreat features open-concept living, cozy furnishings, and large windows to take in the surrounding hills and valleys. \*\*Highlights\*\* \- Pet Friendly \- Sleeps 12 \- 3 Bedrooms and 3 1/2 Bath (2 king beds and one room with double queen bunks) \- Rooftop Deck with Bar \- Hot Tub, Fire Pit and Gas Fire Pit \- Gameroom \- Close to Hiking, Caves, and Waterfalls The Summit offers 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bath, comfortably sleeping 12 people. Two bedrooms each have a king size bed and the third bedroom has double queen bunk beds. The third bedroom might be the most popular room in the house for adults and kids! The second floor has a gameroom with a foosball table, old school video games and high top table for cards and games. The first floor has 10 foot ceilings which offers a more spacious and grand feel, tall doors, a fireplace in the family room and a kitchen with huge windows to enjoy the view. Guests can quickly access the best hikes that Hocking Hills State Park offers: \- 8.0 miles or 12 minute drive to Hocking Hills State Park \- 8.0 miles or 12 minute drive to Ash Cave \- 9.8 miles or 15 minute drive to Cedar Falls \- 11.8 miles or 19 minute drive to Old Man's Cave \- 8.9 miles or 14 minute drive to Zaleski State Forest \- 12.7 miles or 18 minute drive to Lake Hope All BeHome properties are pet friendly. We allow up to 2 dogs at the property. Dog(s) need to be over 1 year old, less than 60 lbs, fully house trained, and guests must be willing to follow the rules of having dogs at the home. Dogs are $30/day each plus a refundable damage deposit. \*\*A few requests for the guest making the reservation: \- Guest making reservation must be 25 years or older to rent the home and must be on-site during the stay. \- Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not allowed inside the home. \- Parties/large events are not allowed at the property. \- If bringing a dog, please read below for information on dogs at the home.
