Centrally located in a quiet cul de sac, this charming 1930's bungalow is just a five-minute drive from the CBD of New Plymouth. Surrounded by a tropical oasis of palms and native plantings, this property offers a unique and inviting atmosphere.

The home features a delightful dining room that opens beautifully to the outdoors through a large bifold door, leading to an expansive deck perfect for evening gatherings in the garden while enjoying a BBQ.

\- Properties cleaned prior to guests' arrival to meet Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards.  
\- A part end of stay cleaning service is included, covering bathrooms, mopping, and rubbish removal.  
\- Guests are required to leave the property tidy, with all dishes washed and the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.
