The Joy Suite features a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, jetted tub, and a large living room that will accommodate all your family or friends’ getaways. The Joy Suite has the availability to sleep four with its two bedrooms. Curl up in a cozy bed after soaking in the soothing 2-person jetted tub. The Joy Suite offers not only a great romantic retreat but also a bird’s-eye view of the beautiful countryside.

This unit is part of the Blessings Lodge. There are no shared spaces and you have exclusive access to the unit with parking directly in front of your private entrance.

The Blessings Lodge is located less than 1 mile from downtown Berlin. The town of Berlin features over 60 shops full of antiques, furniture, homemade goods, and much more. A car is recommended in order to get from the Lodge to the town of Berlin. Berlin offers public parking once you have arrived. Guests can park in town and walk the shops and restaurants.

There is no onsite office. Access to your unit is via keyless entry with a code we will provide you upon confirmation

The town of Berlin is one of the best tourists destinations in the state of Ohio. Full of antique shops, Amish-made furniture, homemade goods, and much more! You will never go hungry as the area is full of delightful Amish baked goods and restaurants. The area also offers seclusion and scenery. Enjoy the rolling hills and views for miles as you drive around the beautiful countryside.

Non-Smoking Rooms
We are strictly non-smoking. Outside areas may be used for smoking only if the smoke does not enter any of the accommodations. A $250/night fee is assessed for smoking.

No Pets
Pets (no matter how well behaved) are not permitted at our properties. Please respect future guests with allergies and our efforts to keep up all rooms to highest standards. A $100/night pet fee is assessed.

We will not tolerate any behavior that disturbs other guests, including playing music too loud, arguments or fights, slamming doors, or damaging units. Any of these behaviors can result in your being asked to leave without a refund.
