The house is beautiful, and has lots of extra space for large groups. All the furniture and appliances are new, and the kitchen is very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms have all amenities (hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra towels). Everything was very clean. We really appreciated the host's welcome gift, clear communication, and general thoughtfulness. The spacious yard provides a lot of privacy and space to play/relax with pets, friends, or family. The location is great too: very close to trails, and only 5 min drive to the town of New Paltz. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back soon. ##### Spyridon M.
