Luxury in a great location!

Pros: We enjoyed the roomy suite and pool area.
Cons: It would be nice to have food served around the pool area. Maybe a hot tub would be nice too.
Location: The location is fantastic. In the warehouse district and with in walking distance to the French Quarter!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded to a roomy beautiful suite. The pool area is very nice too. We liked the location with walking distance to the French Quarter The staff and amenities are top notch.

Nice hotel, close to lots of restaurants and shops

Perfect location... located in a quite street close to all the main dining spots in the cit.... we absolutely loved it

Beautiful and classsy hotel.

Everything is nice about this hotel. I would only include a coffe machine to each room to provide the ability to make your own cup without asking for room service.

Was surprised this hotel was rated 5 stars. Could use an upgrade as room looked pretty dated and worn. Not even close to Ritz Carlton

Fabulous!

After a long flight, then unable to get to the hotel by cab due to a protest march, I walked several blocks with suitcases in tow. The staff was so kind and helpful. I asked for a room on a higher floor to be away from the noise on the street. Only one room was available so I was upgraded to a full suite which was FABULOUS! Bed was so comfortable, room spacious, breakfast was quick and delish. I'm sure this is now our favorite hotel in Nola! Can't wait to go back!

Best hotel in America

This is unquestionably my favorite hotel. It is absolutely beautiful; the service is perfect; the Polo Lounge is the best bar in New Orleans; etc. etc. A fabulous hotel.

Perfect place for a great New Orleans experience

We stayed on the club level in a very spacious room. The amenities offered by this hotel are only surpassed by the friendliness and superb accommodations by their staff to made sure our experience at their hotel was memorable. Looking forward to another visit to this hotel. Their great ratings are well deserved!

Nice hotel close to the French quarter

Pros: Location, pleasant staff
Cons: My wife is alergic to rugs and they should have a few rooms without rugs.
Location: restaurants and Jazz club.
It is a fun city with good food, excellent music and unusual site to see such as the cementaries.

The only bad part was getting the hotel to respect us like other patrons. Something about booking with Expedia does not gain you any respect no matter how much you pay. I had to fight to get them to understand that we booked for 3 people with Expedia and one king bed would not be sufficient. Expedia needs to do a better job at communicating member'a needs with the hotel.
