First time to NOLa

Posted 3-May-2016
Pros: The staff
Cons: Clean under the beds - pieces of frame not attached, miscellaneous stuff and dust as well.
Location: A few blocks from Bourbon Street, if that matters, walking distance to the French Quarter, close to the river.
The staff of this fine New Orleans is as helpful as any I have come across, from the folks at the front door to the people who work at keeping your room clean. We stepped up to the Club level and, without having experience otherwise would still say it was worth the difference.

Windsor Court to the rescue

Posted 1-May-2016
Pros: Beautiful suite and staff 22nd floor conceriege service
Cons: No
Location: Walking distance to great shopping, museums and restaurant.
After staying at a very quaint hotel the first night in NOLA for a girl's getaway, we began to have considerable safety concerns. We checked out and moved to the Windsor Court where we experienced excellent guest service and ammenities We felt very secure and the staff was friendly and so very accommodating

Wonderful Stay, Friendly and Polite Staff

Posted 27-Apr-2016
Our stay was quite enjoyable. We were greeted with helpful words and smiles by every staff member and our room was very clean, light and spacious. I believe it to be one of the finest hotels in the U.S.

French Quarter Jazz Festival Stay

Posted 12-Apr-2016
Cons: The elevators were terrible, waiting 10 minutes only to be greeted by a packed elevator, then waiting an additional 10 mins for the next elevator.
Location: Excellent location! Close to the trolley and walking distance to the French Quarter
Overall we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend the hotel, here are some comments about our experience. 1. Everyone we encountered from the hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful. 2. The ambience of the hotel was lovely, in classic english decor and live music in the lobby. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable; the furniture in the suite seemed like it was time to be replaced. 3. The gym was small however it had a good mix of machines. They had complimentary fruit aside from the custumary water and towel which was nice. I did not use the pool, it was small but looked clean. 4. We ate dinner one evening at their restaurant The Grill, the waitstaff was excellent and the food dishes were good, we had the Cheif's tasting, however I don't think it was worth the price, comparing this dinning experience to the others during our trip.

Nice hotel on edge of business district

Posted 25-Mar-2016
We loved the hotel! Lots of room and very elegant, but not snooty. $16 for a can of peanuts was a little excessive. Perfect location. Quiet and porch door we could leave open for nice breeze. We could walk to most places. Would stay there again, would make sure next time that my son did not take anything from the service bar!!

Boutique Hotel stay

We were pampered from the moment we checked in...extremely friendly staff, beautifully appointed hotel, room, restaurant facility. First time we have visited New Orleans, won't be the last...and the Windsor Court Hotel will surely be our hotel of choice during our next stay as well.
