We arrived at the unit and entered to find a stylish staircase leading up to an open air kitchen and comfortable living room. The vaulted ceilings lend an openness to the space that is further enhanced by the adjoining deck, which was perfect for relaxing on during the day we had nice weather. The unit was clean, the bedrooms comfortable and nicely sized, replete with sufficient closet space and dressers for us to unpack all of our belongings for our stay. The kitchen was modern with new appliances and everything we needed to cook meals or prepare snacks, along with complementary coffee provided by the hosts. The bathrooms were similarly modern and well apportioned. All in all, a great experience with very communicative hosts who offered to help us with anything we needed (although we ended up not needing a thing). ##### Thomas T. The house was just as described and everything was perfect and clean. Located just down from the Garden District there are many shops, bars, restaurants, and a grocery store within walking distance. The neighborhood always felt safe and was very quiet through the night. The bathrooms are well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. On top of all that, Jessica is great with communication.
