It has everything you need. We ubered all over as, my 78 year old mother has a hard time walking and the rides were inexepensive as it is only 1.5-2 miles of where you want to go, There is a grocery store within walking distance, the neighborhood can be a bit rough, but improving, we felt safe at all times, and it was quiet. The neighbors were friendly as well. No issues, quiet at night and the restaurants in the area were great! The place was wonderful in fact, one of the cleanest vacation homes I've stayed in. It was clean and a/c was a blessing after the hot days of walking around. There were some chairs to bring outside to enjoy the evening temperatures. Neighborhood was kind and quiet. We would sit on the porch until late into the night hanging out. I would highly recommend if you want a quiet place away from the busy touristy area. Rental property had living room with a sagging sofa bed that made it uncomfortable as a sofa, 1st bedroom with no privacy, and 2nd bedroom with no privacy. We had to walk through both bedrooms to get to the kitchen and the bathroom. We locked ourselves out the 2nd night. Owner's phone was always busy and we communicated via texts. Owner was at an event and was initially unresponsive. Owner delayed making a decision on how to bring us a key. Finally, she agreed to let us call a locksmith, which we had to pay for in entirety, because owner refused to share the cost. We had to wait on the front porch on a darkened street for several hours before the locksmith drove up and opened the door for us. Inside, the spigots on the bathtub and the sink were difficult to turn on and off. There was no bathmat for the slippery tub floor. There were no drinking glasses.
