Check in was smooth and quick. The gentleman who helped us was so nice. Rooms are spacious as well.

Nice hotel, short walk to Bourbon

Pros: Convenience, cleanliness, comfort
Cons: Shuttle to airport
Location: 1-2 blocks to Bourbon. Very convenient. Location is great even to places like the Smoothie King Center and the Superdome.
This was a very hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable and a short walk (1-2 blocks) to Bourbon Street.

Cons: The parking fee is ridiculous. I paid $43 to park my car for one night. Be warned. Parking across from the hotel was $26/night.
Very clean. Excellent staff. Very nice. Goof location. Good Starbucks coffee. Can walk to anywhere in the French Quarter easily for me.

High expectations but disappointing experience. The room had a horrible odor, the bed totally uncomfortable and the housekeeping staff did never show up . Only good thing is the shower, no the bathroom.

Pros: Cleanliness, location and cost.
Cons: Front desk staff.
Location: You are in the French Quarter near everything. Close to Trolley, Bourbon Street and some of the best restaurants.
When we arrived they had overbooked their rooms and did not have one for us. They did put us up at The Saint, which is another hotel close by for the first night at no charge. However, we chose the Marriot Courtyard because we wanted a suite, as we had a 15 year old with us. They provided a roll away in a small room with a king bed. The front desk personnel could use some training. Seemed to be understaffed and wait time was longer than normal. I am use to people being friendly at the front desk. Not here. Bell Staff were exceptional. Eager to help, knowledgeable and friendly. Room was nice, very clean and Housekeeping Service was great. Had a refrigerator, sink and two TV's. On check out we were over charged $60, which was corrected when I pointed it out. I would stay at this hotel again due to it's location, suites, cleanliness and cost. Definitely a minus 3 star experience. Still would recommend as an option if you need a suite.

Perfect French Quarter Hotel

Family friendly, walking distance to all French Quarter attractions and train lines, terrific staff, always willing to help. Nice quiet rooms and Starbucks to greet me in the morning. We couldn't have picked a better hotel for our 1st time in the Big Easy. We'll be staying here again on our next visit.

Great hotel in an excellent location with outstanding service personnel who are eager to give advice and guidance, . Facility itself is absolutely superb and in an excellent location close to restaurants and the French Quarter.
