Excellent stay

Pros: Front desk staff
Location: You are right off Bourbon Street! Prime location.
We arrived at 10am and were allowed to check in early. The front desk was super helpful in giving directions around New Orleans. The staff at the pickup/drop off area was also super helpful. Tip: Don't bother with Uber if you are heading to the airport. The hotel has cabs waiting in the pickup/drop off area and they cost the same as the going rate for Ubers.

Pros: Location, comfort, cleanliness.
Cons: Follow through with stuff being delivered.
Location: Everything!
This hotel was beautiful and within walking distance of everything. Our airline lost our luggage, and when it was delivered to the hotel, it was held downstairs and forgotten about for almost 24 hours...which left us without close for 3 out of the four days we were in New Orleans. Outside of this, the hotel was super clean and had a welcoming smell.

Well-located, nice, large well-appointed rooms

We very much enjoyed our four-night stay here leading up to and including New Year's Eve. It was great to be so close to the French Quarter, yet at a relatively quiet location. We loved the room layout with the very generous living room area with large couch, desk, TV and wet-bar. The bedroom was small, but we really didn't need more space. The only problems we encountered were that the hotel actually ran out of tea bags and coffee packets as well as enough towels, specifically wash cloths and face towels. Pretty strange that a hotel of this quality and size would run out of every day items especially during a busy time like the holidays. Efforts were made to accommodate us, but it was annoying nevertheless. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope that the problems we ran into were just a rare glitch.

Very Nice and Clean

The hotel is wonderful and the location is a couple short blocks from Bourbon, which I appreciated. You can literally walk anywhere in the French Quarter without breaking a sweat. The hotel is super clean, comfortable, and secure. The bathrooms are clean and in pristine condition. My non-smoking King room had a wet bar, a nice sectional with a pull out bed, 2 TV's, a good sized desk and closet. The room was more like a mini suite. It was very spacious, which is great for tall and/or larger sized people. The staff were really nice and were knowledgeable about the area and local favorites. Room service did not knock on the door at 6am like other hotels I've stayed in. I have no complaints (which is saying a lot).

Close to Burbon Street

Could not have picked a better central location for Mardi Gras. The room was perfect, the staff was friendly. The only improvement I would say they could make was to leave more toilet paper in the room, have the sheets for the guest bed already in the room and to take the trash out everyday. We stayed for 4 nights and the trash was not emptied once! It started to smell and was pretty gross. Also, there was never more toilet paper except for what was on the one mounted to the wall. We had to call everyday to ask for toilet paper.... lame. Over all the location was perfect and the staff was friendly, just wish the room would have been cleaned a little better every day. I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I would stay here again.

Pros After arriving early the bellhop took and held our bags until a room was available. This freed us to walk around Front desk recommended and excellent driver to take us early to the airport the next morning. He even called us 20 minutes before arriving to let us know when he’d arrive. EXCELLENT driver!! Front desk called us when a room was available as agreed since we arrived early. Outside attendants were nice and cordial. Even at 3:15 am. Thank you men. Cons: Front desk was inefficient in getting our luggage to our room once we arrived. Took them over an hour to get them. Room was dusty and bed skirts were filthy. I realize this was a busy time of year but I still feel they need to take the time to clean the room well. No tip left fir this one.

Nice hotel great location the only thing is On the site it says swimming pool with pictures. But in person no pool😒 not cool for that I was ready to swim....
